In ur course circulum our college uses teams or known as ms teams for even collecting assignment and assigning project so that students don't face difficulty in carrying loads to college that's one particular thing like about the college the most .

The marking scheme is according to New education policy 2020 and my college is autonomous and marking scheme is according to it.The rules for exam is good and don't support to cheat.There are total 15 subject and which are in sem-3 are core ones

The faculty is highly skilled and trained , the couse structure is upto the mark as it aligns with industry standards and helps in gaining practical knowledge also the exams are mostly focused on practical learning not on mugging up , the marking schemes is standard 100 marks for each subject out of which 60 marks are for end semester exam , 20 for mid semester and rest for labs and practical along with attendence

4years of roller coaster ride

faculties interaction specifically of IT department has been wonderful. their teaching methods, mentorship techniques & time every mentor has given to each and every mentee has been so helpful.

Faculty:

Each branch has 2 sections. As im from IT we have two divisions IT5,6. There are 60-61 students approx in both the class. And group of 15-20 have been assigned and handled by mentor. My favorite faculty was always my mentor Bemile Theres mam. She have been wonderful. Supported me throughout. There is no such faculty i didnt like from my branch. so there are total of 4 exams every year as per as revised academics,

College Life at SAKEC

Teachers are friendly, supportive and encouraging students. They help us complete certification courses and develop our skillset.

Faculty:

A class of 64 students is taught by single teacher. The teachers are helpful and do give their best to help students study. Almost whole maths faculty is amazing. All of them focus on strengthing the basics. Even Physics department teachers were fantastic. For plain theory topics they made students make ppt and posters to encourage research and make chapter interesting which would have otherwise been boring. Unfortunately the chemistry department is not that upto the mark. The teacher has accent which makes it difficult to understand the topics she says. as for exam for each sem we have 1 mid sem exam which has only 2 module, and an end sem exam which has 2 new module and 2 module of mid sems in portion in ratio 70:30. The mid sem is of 20 marks and end sem is of 100 scaled down to 60. other than written exam there is surprise test on each module in class which is evaluated in final marks. Even practicals assignments have marks. Marking system is comparatively easy. You can easily score 10 pointer if you understood the marking scheme and are consistent in studying.

The faculty-to-student ratio is good enough, also most of the faculty is friendly and always ready to help I would say due to my knowledge and expertise every teacher behaves very friendly with me Mainly there are 2 exams one is mse And other is ese where the mse is of 20 marks and ese is of 100 marks then converted out of 60 marks so 60+20+20 for practical and attendance

One wrong decision regretting whole life ????

Faculty:

The faculty is good helping and supportive and friendly ... My it is 4 yr 8 sems computer engineering btech Cgpa is given on the basis of three things ens sem exams practical exams mid sem exam and cia (continious internal assessment) 60% is ens sem theory marks remaining 40% has mse practical and cia marks It is recently made autonomous dont know about checking (like strict lenient or mid )

Brief description of SAKEC

Excellent management staff, good infrastructure, good classrooms and labs, majority of the teaching staff is well qualified and supportive, non-teaching staffs are also well qualified and helpful, good boys to girls ratio, studenti intake is good

Faculty:

Faculty to student ratio is good, all the facilities are well qualified many of them are PhD holders, teaching staff is very helpful, Many teachers help you out even in non-curricular projects, Teachers go out of the way to help students in academics, College provides academic help to those who want to give exams like Gate by organising Extra lectures on weekends. Exam pattern is not that good after autonomy, there are 100 marks for End semester Practical and Oral exams which scale down to 15 marks, 5 marks for attendance and quizzes, 20 marks for Mid semester exams, Final exams are of 100 marks which scale down to 60 marks but completing 100 marks paper in 3 hours is quite tough, Course curriculum is similar to Mumbai University and is okayish. Everyone apart from 2-3 teaching staff is great.
