Normally there is no fee hike in college. There is different scholarship. If you have good marks in the 12th class then you get a 30 to 40 per cent fee scholarship and there is also a government scholarship for backward students.

Our college fee is 70000rs per year and we have to submit it in two instalments. The first instalment comes in October and November and the second instalment comes in April and May. I don't know about scholarships.

The fees in college remain the same all the semester and there is no change but University charges are different. You can also apply for a government scholarship and get also. You can get a loan facility also but you do not need it.
