From the 7th and 8th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many big companies visit here looking for skilled and desirable students for their company. Some of the companies visited frequently are TCS, BYJU'S, upGrad, Infosys, Indigo paints, IBM. The highest package was 12lac per anum and the average package is around 4-5 lac per anum. Around 450+ got placed in such companies. I opted for civil engineering because there is a wide scope for civil engineers in the government sector so after getting the degree I want to crack ESE and get one of the most prestigious jobs in India.

College is affiliated with RGPV Bhopal. So the course is the same as what available on the RGPV site. It included many new topics like 5 G technology, IOT, etc. The faculty-student ratio is different in different branches. For CS or IT, it is 50:1. And for EC or Civil it is 20:1.

At the start of 7th-semester students are eligible for placements. Lots of MNCs and other companies visited like TCS Hexaware Byju's Infosys etc. 99 percent placements everyone gets the equal opportunity and training to get placement.

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. Various companies visit campus. Students got placed in big MNCs like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini etc. Last year, approx 400 students are placed. The highest package was 12.4 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA. Students got various profiles like Software Engineer, Business Development etc. The percentage of students placed is approx 80%. I also got placed in 4 companies. My plan after completing the degree is to do a job.

It is good that 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. There are a lot of companies including MNC's, startup's, local state level companies visited Bansal college for placement purpose. Extramarks's, Jaro Education, BYJUS, upGrad, Value labs, Cognizant, Tudip, Zensar and it's a long list. On a Technical Profile highest package offered by Bajaj Finserv Health of 12 LPA. In the year 2020 Sushila Devi Bansal College Indore has given placements to more than 392 students of various streams. I am also placed in the world's most valuable company Tata Consultancy Services Limited and will be joining it in June.

I am placed in Tata consultancy services and will opt for my job. I got placed in another company that came on campus i.e is lentra AI. Over 100+ companies take place in the campus drive of Bansal college which provides us with a plethora of opportunities.

I choose this college due to two main reasons first low cost of study, and second one is quality of education. This college has experienced faculties which are very helpfull also. Bus facility is 100%free for all students and provided from very remote areas like khalghat, Dhar &Dewas also.
