A separate hostel has been given to you by the college side in which the rent is 8000 rs per month including food don't worry hostel are well.
You can get many types of scholarships, college will definitely help you to get scholarships, teachers are helpful in this.
The placement percentage is quite good around 95%.companies like amazon, tcs, wipro, mahindar, infosys and more comes here every year for recruitment.

Dislikes

Scholarships are easily available for the west bengal domicile students but there will be some chaos for others.
I went to techno admission centre in chingrighata but was in vain and then i contacted the sir who was in charge of admission process, he told me to just go to their college and i just got admission.
I hate the thing is that our college doesn't have it's own hostel and a very small ground in college campus

Honest Review of Techno International Newtown

Likes

Faculty members of Mechanical engineering department
Library and the student friendly behaviour of library staffs
The environment of Innovation and creativity and participation in national and international tech events

Dislikes

Condition of some instruments in physics lab and the teaching techniques of some faculty members in BSH department.
Poor behaviour of some faculty members in BSH department and HOD of Civil engineering
Limited are in college campus which limits the opportunity to play sports other than basketball

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement from 7 th semester. The Companies visited in the college are IBM,TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini,Wipro, Infosys etc.the highest and average packages are 84 lakhs and 8 lakhs respectively.The percentage of students getting placement is 84.6%. I want to go for mtech degree in Germany after completing my degree here.

Likes

The camps and it's environment.The campus is well decorated throughout the year with different seasonal flowers.
The clubs provides the students with a lot more ways to explore talents.
The faculty here is amazing and are very helpful

Dislikes

The lift never works in the college.and is only ment to be used by faculty members.
The campus is a bit to small accoridn to me.
There are no AC classrooms. Only labs have AC.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students are eligible for placements. The placement percentage is quite good around 95%.Companies like Amazon, TCS, wipro, Mahindar, Infosys and more comes here every year for recruitment. I am planning to get my job in Amazon in future.

Likes

The canteen is really good and affordable
The teachers are very good here and they are very friendly
The Library is very good here . They have alot of books

Dislikes

The cafe foods are little expensive here
There is no lift here, and thats a little bad .
The ground is small there is only one basketball court

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it's little difficult others and unique. The teachers are very polite and friendly. The exams happens yearly and it's not that hard if you study a little enough you can choose your favorite subject. Otherwise there is also management qouta .

Classes are been waiting for teachers for many of times

Placement from college is very needful and they provide well and good placement for students.. many companies like : Wipro , Microsoft , Infosys ,etc are hired for placements for students from different parts of the fields . Each and every placement packages rates upto 9lacs . For placements we need about 8-9 cgpa . For a better job

I like this college campus. Campus is soo enjoyable.
I like college this college cultures. Many extra curricular is done here.

I don't like college building. Rooms are not well decorated..
I don't like college facilities. But not all.
I don't like college sports facilities .

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester campus placement is beginning. Tcs Wipro like many mnc company visited this college. Tcs has tie up with this college. Highest package is approx 22 lacs . And average package is approx 4 lacs.

About TINT

Course Curriculum Overview:

I found my interest in engineering topics, so that is the reason for taking the course. Faculties are very good infact very concern about each of the students. They all are PhD qualified. Exams were typically difficult, but semesters are around 3-4 months.

I like the environment, ragging free campus, few teachers overall good
Cafe food is good but a little bit few food items are available
Overall a good experience you can get from this college

Dislikes

The campus size is small, garden is not well maintained
Narrow space for a lot students. Class is on the 4th floor
Lift is out of service for a long time . We have to take stairs to get of 4th floor.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The duration of the course is 4 years and the course covers many subjects such as physics, chemistry, Basic electrical, mathematics, c laungage in the 1st year. The faculty members is BSM are quite good .

Likes

The teachers of the college are decent . They are very helpful . You can ask them about anything at any time and they are very polite about it .
the campus of the college is very good and I like to roam it everyday with my friends .
The canteen foods are very affordable . Its not like that you have break your bank to get good foods .

Dislikes

The foods in cafes are in the expensive side though they are optional .
The playground is very small . There is only one basket ball court in the college .
There is no air condition in the classrooms. We all know the summer in Kolkata is very hot so it is very hard to do classes

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanter to pursue COMPUTER SCIENCE in higher studies. It was my goal from childhood. That's why I chose this course. The faculty-to-student ratio is good. The qualifications of the faculties are good. All of them have graduated from recognized universities or colleges. I haven't taken any exams till now. I heard that it is quite easy.

I like campus life . Here campus is small but we are jamming in the campus
I like campus placement. Every year 85% students got placed.
I like here cultural society. Many clubs are here.

Dislikes

I don't like faculties. But not all . Many facilities members are like ours perents.
I don't like sports culture. Here no good playground available.
I don't like the classroom. Not so good ours labs.
