Factuality to student ratio is 10:90 and course is about 3 years but exams held within 6 months twice in a year. Mcq paper of 80 marks having negative marking of 1 for every 4 wrong attempt.means 5..

INSIGHTS OF GCCBA

The faculties are not so extraordinary some teach in English some in vernacular also

After the launch of new education policy, The bcom(h) is now of 4 years which includes research of 1 year It can be a major drawback as you need to study a year more and may question the opportunity cost. The faculties to students ratio is 10:600 I liked Subohjit Daun sir, deepashree chatterjee ma'am, mrityunjay ray sir as they had great knowledge about the subject. So now there are 8 semesters so 8 exams and 8 internal assessment exams as well,At my time there were a good amount of students like in Sem 3 around 30% failed in my batch.

faculty to student ratio 1:100 hrm and statistics faculty are good, it is reflected in their teaching teachers tend to speak more of bengali then hindi , but use of english is considerable as everyone is familiar there are 2 exams in each semester at the semester end , internal and external.

teachers often start speaking Bengali which is difficult for the non Bengali students to understand

the faculty to student ratio is 1: 100 teachers like sm ma'am and mnr sir have great knowledge which is reflected in their teaching, they help a lot with the last year project there is 2 exams in each semester , internal for 20 marks and external for 80 marks

Pretty good college if you are looking for government and affordable college

Not every professor is good with the students some are very friendly and cooperation and some are little rude like they don't care about the students they only come to class to finish the syllabus quickly and for their own attendance.

Faculty members of the college is very helpful if one student having doubt in any topic aur aubject they can freely ask their doubt to the respective faculty teacher .. and the exam is held twice a year . Like semester wise

Knowing goenka inside out

The faculty here is not enough. In our routine rather than having 4 classes there is only 2 classes per day and sometimes that also don't occur. Teacher reluctant and would not corporate. Self study is the key

Teaching faculty is top notch in goenka , all the teachers are of highly qualified, many of them are state topers too

Mostly the faculty member are old aged teachers so sometimes it becomes quite difficult for students to interact with them teachers are very strict about their subjects and some teachers and not friendly at all. On the other hand there are some teachers who are very friendly with student but most of the friendly teachers are in morning session. All the teachers day proper classes and if classes are delayed or cancelled students are informed. Accountancy teachers are highly educated and professionals in their field.

Affordable, Poor Infrastructure, Non-Welcoming, Poor placements

The faculty is not very motivated towards teaching properly. They mostly teach in Bengali, which makes it difficult for non-Bengalis to understand. They are not very welcoming to outsiders. The faculty is well-experienced but is not approachable.
