All about SSMRV

Likes

The spacious ground to play in sports hour
The various varity of books in library which is very useful for students.
The parking area for students is very vast

Dislikes

They have strict attendance policies that should be maintained by students
Less focus of extracurricular activities
Needs more importance on sports for girls

Internships Opportunities:

The offer pre-employement training for the students and facilitates internships to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. They do various events regarding the internship were the give a brief about the process

I liked the campus atmosphere and the students from all over India if was really exisiting to go to college every day and the faculty was also amazing.
Loved the theatre club and also dance club which was highlight in college we used to perform in all kinds of events and programs.
Loved the cafeteria it was really affordable and the food was really delicious.

Dislikes

Few faculty teachers are bit old school and have not yet adapted for the new generation way of teaching.
More outdoor space needed the current ground is very less space
Attendance mandatory is good but faculty should not use it as a bad way to target specific students

Placement Experience:

To be honest ssmrv has a good placements options available when you are in the final year or will be open and from 5 th semester you will be eligible for placement and as everyone are freshers the salary is to low and average package should be 4lac lpa. Some of the companies that has offered me during placement are KPMG, Deloitte and Accenture also hdfc bank Only 30-40% get selected for placement most get rejected or student will have plan for further studies. One of my friend got the highest package in the class which was 624000/lpa I had thought of persuing mba so did not accept any offers but once I completed degree gave interview in my own and got selected.

The coaching of the staffs are really good and understanding
The events organised are averagely engaged and not bad.

Dislikes

Sometimes it feels thatit is not progressing in systematic manner.
For any process to take place inside the campus it takes a huge time period from the management side

Internships Opportunities:

For my academic purpose I was supposed to do 2 internship corporate internship and Ngo services. Ngo service we found some NGO's that provided internship but for the corporate it was very difficult to find any company. There was no stipend also provided. College didn't provide any help for students to find internship opportunities.

We got all the best and professional lecturers
Class rooms are very clean and big in which max 80 students can be sited comfortably
About the neatness of the college, there are many maids to keep the college neat and tidy

Dislikes

There are less number of washrooms so we face lot of difficulty and usage of time is more
There is no extra curricular activities.
Overall , ssmrv college is good college.

Internships Opportunities:

There are many internship opportunities available in our college before that we do even have master classes for the knowledge about internship and interview ideas and they even thought us about how to make CV's to get easily selected.

Good neighbourhood and excellent environment to actually study in, college has many facilities, where you can even opt for gym if you are a gym freak, which is actually best for teenagers who are interested in being fit and training.
The college has best canteen in nearby area which makes it good.
College is not only concentrated towards study they also provide good sports training

Dislikes

The attitude of few faculty members will make you feel like a wage worker.
The college is strict towards attendance below a specified percentage.
College has rules like No casual dress, No cargo, baggy fits, only formal is what demanded.

Placement Experience:

The college has many few companies which conduct interviews in the 6th semester while they offer around 6LPA package almost and average of 3LPA, I would like to continue with my business plans further studies.

There are many clubs in the college so its super easy to socialze and make connections
The infrastructure and college amenities are mid but they are improvising it. We can definitely expect more changes and improvements in the future

Dislikes

The atmosphere of the classroom is very boring especially in bcom. I dont know about other classes but mine has been bad
Its definitely difficult to manage everything if youre a person who does part time
The teachers sometimes extend the classes, and also take online classes to complete the portions which would be annoying

Internships Opportunities:

I'm not aware of the internship opportunities since I'm still in the second year. The internship will be mandatory and is supposed to be completed in the final year. But you can opt for other internships outside the college, the college will be supportive regarding it.

The collaborations our college clubs do , the campus hygiene
The study material provided, supporting faculty
Focus more on studies than helding multiple events

Dislikes

Not many placements provided, only for 1 or 2 students in entire department
There is no inclusiveness during events and competition
No proper information or ontime information provided about any event, exams, results, office formalities

Placement Experience:

About placement process or employment, as I'm still in 2nd yr, I heard from seniors that there will be campus interview in final year, only people who crack that interview will get placed, only 2 or 3 students get placement, rest don't get anything.

I like the quadrangle which is eye catching
The office rooms are nice and tidy and spacious
The new Library is fully furnished and availability of Books is increased

Dislikes

The college canteen which is not at all spacious
No lift acces for students as few have to climb till fourth floor
Class rooms which lack exhaust fans and screens

Students from 6th sem will be eligible for campus placements Wipro hp delloit Accenture Highest paid salary is about 5lpa Students getting percentage above 7 cgpa are eligible for getting placed in any company
