Likes

The teacher of this college are very intelligent and also they interact with students also very friendly and helping nature.
Jss also offers us a good campus opportunities and gave us a campus jobs which helps us to and gave us motivation.
The campus also places a strong emphasis on sports and extracurricular activities, with ample facilities and opportunities for students to participate and excel in various sports and creative pursuits.

Dislikes

The average placement of the college is not so good as of now
There is up scholarship but college doesn't promote these type of scholarship.
The college library timings are very rigid and the library gets closed at 8pm. also it does not open on sundays which is a very bad things

Good but not perfect

Likes

Good and interactive teaching as the faculty actually tries to make you understand the concepts.
Good management in terms of classes as if we find difficult with one teacher then they are replaced on request

Dislikes

Only a single fest is organised in a whole year which does not really charge up the moods for the academic pressure ahead of the year
Not much holidays to look forward to even between the semesters

Placement Experience:

The campus placement are not too good right now as students are struggling to get good package and jobs in the current times.Comoanies like wipro, Infosys and such mass recruiters usually visit and sometimes companies like Amazon are also interested.About 70-80 percent of students get college placement .After getting the degree i plan to get a job through campus or off campus placement and side by side pursue my masters degree.

A must read before joining JSS Noida

Likes

College has a good amount of trees present on the campus so the air is clean
The teachers are qualified and many of them are medalists
There are societies for almost every interest in the college

Dislikes

College does nothing to promote anything other than studies such as sports
College does not host fest as it should, though it hosts 1fest but not how good it should be
Classrooms are hot since no air condition is there

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are decent. There are quite a few students who grab a very lucrative package but there are many students who get unplaced. Our college also pushes students towards higher studies so that also makes placements a bit down.

The college location is very good. Thus college is one of the most famous college in Noida. The campus area is pretty good as per the location with decent amount if greeny around and easy transport facilities available all around
The college has five academic blocks cafeteria sports ground basketball court amenities library temple and many other things. There are different buildings fir different branches called as that subjects department
The course curriculum is based on the course prescribed by the university the college is affiliated which is very rigid and there are limited things that we have to study

Dislikes

There are no medical facilities available in the college. Also there are no medical stores near the college and we have to go very far to buy medicine
The college library timings are very rigid and the library gets closed at 8pm. Also it does not open on sundays which is a very bad things
The classrooms have no air conditioning because of which we don't want to go to the classes in summers and end up losing our attendance

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement since the seventh semester. The companies visiting the college are Accenture, Tech mahindra etc. The highest package offered till date is of 57LPA and the average package is of 4LPA around 80% of the students get placed

Teachers are supportive and have helpful nature.
Campus is so evergreen and well maintained
Hod and principal is so understanding and available to us

Dislikes

The criteria of 75% attendance is so strict and teachers take advantage of that
The rooms are not air conditioned and not well maintained but the cleaning is done regularly
Lift doesn't work good in the building infact parking is so far away

Placement Experience:

In the 7th semester, students are eligible for sitting in placements. Less companies visit our campus infact most of them are startups. Average oack is of 3 lacs My plans after btech is getting a job and become self dependent

JSS COLLEGE REVIEW

The best thing about the college is its location in the heart of Noida with easy access to all kinds of transport 24x7. The college is present in noida sector 62 which has a lot of corporate offices and companies which come to the college themselves.
The campus life here is very good owing to the students here and the societies which conduct a lot of engaging acitivities to keep the students indulged this also results in very good qualit social interactions as well with the fellow students here.
The faculty here is okay but that doesn't matter a lot because in the end you will have to study on your own and it is your your self study that matters the most in the end. Brushing up your skills other than just the course study is very important.

Dislikes

The faculty here is mostly from the south as this college is originally from. The teachers have their distinguished accent of the south which makes understanding them difficult at times as well and creates a barries between the students and teacher.
The classrooms are no air conditioned which makes it very difficult for us to tolerate the classes in summers due the intense heat and makes us not want to go to the classes altogether bu we have to beacuse of the 75% attendance criteria.
The college does not provide with enough extra curricular activities like industrial visits, training sessions, alumni meetups etc. for the students. In the name of events it just conducts speaker sessions which are often monotonous and boring.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for the campus placements since the seventh semester. The eligibilty for sitting in the placement is different for every company but the basic requirement of all of them is that the student should no have any back. The highest package till date has been of 57LPA in Adobe. Majority of students get placed in the college itself and others majorly opt for higher studies.

Likes

Teachers are very supportive and are helpful
Teachers are too lenient and problem solver
Campus is evergreen, well maintained and good vibes

Dislikes

Teachers are very strict towards attendance
Good classrooms are not there, not air conditioed
Lab classes are not well maintained even facilities are not provided

Placement Experience:

Placements took place from the 7th semester of btech. I don't know about the companies visiting the campus. Average placement of the campus is about 4 5 lacs. And not all students are placed I guess 50 Percent of the placement ratio . My plans are getting a mba degree

This college is one of the most famous college of Noida. The campus area is pretty good as per the location with decent amount of trees in the campus.
The college has 5 Academic blocks, cafeteria, sports ground, basketball court, amenities, library, temple and many other things. There are both good as well as not so good faculty but most of them are on the positive side of this comparison.
There are various societies /clubs in the college. They are most active during the fest. Several workshops are conducted by these societies which teach many things. I have attended quite a lot.

Dislikes

There is no medical facility available in the college campus. The library is closed on holidays and sunday and even on saturday its open till 5 only.
The class rooms are small according to the strength they try to fit it. The classrooms dont have AC facilities even the AC of some labs do not work. Most of the classes lack projectors.
The compulsion for 75% attendance forces us to even attend classes which we do not understand a word in, also there is no relaxation of attendance even if you score good marks. Some teachers force to make notes just like school.

Placement Experience:

The placement of JSS was pretty well in past making it the second bestprivate university of Aktu but right now sice recession is going on the placements have shown downfall. However still many students are placed on the package of 4-5 lakhs. The students can sit in placements from their last year ie,7th semester.Other than that they can apply for internships outside the campus JSS is very cooperative in that. Many companies like TATA,NEWGEN have visited the college even amazon has been to jss and took a student on the package of 24 lakhs. The highest package has been 62 lakhs offcampus and 24 lakhs on campus. The percentage of student getting placed recently has been reduced due to recurssion. I plan on doing GATE after this degree.

Problems are solved quickly without any misconceptions
Teachers are helpful in both studies and carrier opportunities
Things are taken seriously instead of ignoring them

Dislikes

The old building and poor ventilation system
The poor condition of lifts in some of the departments
The hostel rooms are not well furnished.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are seated in placements. Yes various companies visit the campus. The location of college is so good as it is surrounded by various companies. Various companies related to tech and non tech visit campus. Infact jss have its own incubator in whicj students are also recommended and placed.

Best experience and best private college

Likes

Better environment classes are very much beautifully
Best Fest zealicon ever various cultural activities
Various societies for enjoyment to students

Dislikes

Core placement is less compare to non core
Every thing is fine no problem in our college
One time Fest in 1 year at least 2 times in year

our college situated in the prime location of Delhi Ncr
our college is near the local market so you can buy all stuff at nominal price
jss college is well connected to metro network

Dislikes

curriculum followed here is of aktu which is very old
management faculty are not that much supportive towards you
hostel food provided here is not of good taste and not good for health

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate 7/10 for my course curriculum. Jss curriculum is prepared by aktu and it is strictly followed by teachers. The subjects that are offered to us gives us depth knowledge about the concept . You wont get enough time for improving skills cause of academics
