The faculty at Menon College is well-educated and supportive, with a majority of the 25 lecturers being postgraduates, specializing in multiple fields, and most over 40 years of age. Approximately 95% of the staff are efficient in helping students understand concepts clearly, with many holding relevant certifications. The faculty includes experienced teachers with 15-20 years of teaching experience, and two out of seven teachers hold Ph.D. degrees. The teachers maintain a strict discipline, follow rules and regulations, and provide emotional support alongside academic guidance.
However, while the junior college offers a great learning experience, the degree college experience is considered average, with a focus primarily on syllabus-related learning. Faculty members are approachable and friendly, encouraging students to clear their doubts easily. The college also provides opportunities for students to participate in various activities such as DLLE programs and annual fests.
