There is a placement cell in our college that works efficiently to place a number of students. Many companies like SBI, KPMG, Kotak, ICICI securities, etc, visited our college for campus placement. An internship was mandatory for the students at the end of the 1st year.

The placement cell in our college provides 100% assistance and around 70% of the students were placed. Companies like Apollo Hospitals, Bajaj Allianz, Bank of Baroda, etc. The highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA and the average was around 4 LPA.

The Corporate Internship Report is a critical component of the PGDM program. All students must undergo a full time of internship in a company. The entire internship will be guided by a faculty member and mentored by a corporate guide. You will be asked to prepare a project based on the interest and work you did there during the internship and will receive credits based on it.

Students are required to take part in a training program which is very rigorous but they get to learn a lot out of it. This is done inorder to prepare them for interviews that would be conducted by the companies during the placement season. I had few takeaways from the training program and I think many of students out there would agree with me. They were Hand-outs, Skills, Knowledge, Behaviors, Experience, Memories, Certificates and Credits.

Internship is mandatory for all the students after 2nd year and students gets credit for it. Based on the internship experience presentation and a project, a student gets credit which is very necessary to complete the course. The internship programme should be full time and duration should be 2 months to 3 months.

College promotes and encourages students to start their own venture rather than just be a job seeker. Whether a student decides to be a job-seeker or a job-provider, they will find at ASM the right people, environment and support to chase your dreams. College has a startup incubator to help students work on their idea and get proper mentorship from the likewise minded people.

Students are equipped with relevant knowledge and trained in skills & attitudes that will help them to perform effectively in the profession of their choice. This helps them during the placement season and get good offers and opportunities which they have always dreamed of. The college's placement cell is very active and responsive.

This would help them in finalizing their specialization before the beginning of the 2nd year. Project has to be made and submitted based on the field of work we did in the internship programme.

Internship is required to be done by all the students at the end of the 2nd semester. The internship should be of full time for 3 months. A project and a presentation is to be prepared in the next 2 months after the internship program ends. This helps in getting extra credits in the students pocket. Average stipend is Rs.9000 per month.
