IIEBM Pune offers PGDM as its flagship course. Apart from this, it also provides PGP-ERP. Admission procedure of IIEBM Pune is merit as well as entrance based. Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM program are required to graduate with at least 60% and qualify CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT/ATMA or any other AICTE approved Competitive Examination. The 2024 general category cutoff for admission to PGDM was 60 percentile (CAT) and 50 percentile ( XAT). For admission to PGP-ERP, one needs to graduate from any discipline of IT with at least 55% score.
IIEBM organises its own counselling for the PGDM program. Students can apply online or offline with documents specified at the official website. Shortlisted candidates are called for a written test, followed by GD/PI. The students clearing all these rounds are admitted following document verification and payment of admission fee.

IIEBM Pune Admission Process 2025
IIEBM Admission process is merit as well as entrance based.
Following is a step-by-step guide to the admission process of IIEBM Pune
PGDM
- Apply online at admission.iiebm.com/ or collect the application form from IIEBM Pune campus.
- Ensure you fulfill the specified eligibility criteria.
- Upload necessary documents - Complete Application Form, Competitive Examination score card, Photograph, Birth Certificate, Certificate and Marksheet of qualifying examination, Work Experience Certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the application fee of INR 1000.
- If shortlisted, appear for Written Test, GD/PI.
- If selected, pay registration fee and submit the specified documents with a medical fitness letter within 10 working days of the declaration of selection. Following successful registration, one becomes a student.
PGP-ERP
- Submit application form @admission.iiebm.com/ with the documents specified in the PGDM section (except Competitive Examination score card).
- If shortlisted, appear for Technical Interview and PI.
- If selected, pay the admission fee to secure a seat.
Note: Students appearing for their final semester examination of graduation are eligible to apply.

Ans. Yes. The PGDM program taught at IIEBM Pune is AICTE approved and is considered an equivalent of MBA by AIU.

No. Requests for fee payment in installments are not allowed at IIEBM Pune. However, in the 11-month PGP-ERP program, fees are scheduled to be paid in three installments : During admission, Before the beginning of Trimester I and Before the beginning of Trimester II.
