Indian Institute of Finance Greater Noida Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Placement cell is pretty active in our college. They provided us enough opportunities to secure a job, but more or less it depends upon the potential and capability of the students. If a student has good communication skills his chances of securing a decent package will increase. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The manager, financial advisor, supervisor, etc., are the top roles offered to students.

Placements are pretty great here. Most of our pass-outs are placed in brokerage firms, NBFCs, mutual funds companies, while some of them are also placed in the financial department of companies from different sectors. Average packages ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA, while the highest package which secured by a student from our branch was 9 LPA.

Luckily, I got placed through campus. After all these years of successful corporate run, and having co-founded a boutique wealth management firm, I would like to credit the IIF for shaping my career.
