Faculty:

The faculty members are extremely approachable, supportive, and highly knowledgeable in their respective subjects, which makes the overall learning experience truly enriching. Every faculty member so far has been excellent in both teaching and mentoring, always ready to guide students patiently. Whenever we face difficulties or challenges in understanding concepts, they put in extra effort to simplify the topics and make them easy to grasp, ensuring that no student is left behind. Their teaching methods are clear, practical, and student-friendly, which helps build confidence and deeper understanding. Another unique and impressive aspect of ISSM is the open and friendly management culture. Students are given the opportunity to directly interact with top authorities such as the Managing Director, Principal, and Placement Head. Whenever we feel the need to discuss ideas, concerns, or seek guidance, we can easily schedule an appointment and meet them without hesitation. This level of accessibility is rare and creates a very positive, transparent, and motivating environment for students, making us feel valued and heard at every stage of our academic journey.

My experience in ISSM

Faculty:

The faculty are all the people who worked in corporate companies and on their own interest they came for teaching the students so it will be lots of professionally teaching for an MBA student and how they teachers lots of practicals and its not like a teacher explaining and its be insist as to learn the concept with lots of activities so which makes us to be interested in the process of learning

All I Learned

Faculty:

The faculties are very approachable and their knowledge in the subject is topnoch. So far every faculties where good and very helpful in teaching and supporting us to do whatever we face has a struggle they make it simpler and easier! And one more interesting thing In ISSM is you can even have discussion with Managing Director,Principal,Placement Head. when ever you think just get an appointment and you can meet them!!

Faculty:

The faculty to student relationship is good, My fav faculty is Principal Ranjith sir, Program coordinator Akila ma'am, and Saravanan sir. The exams will be conducted before the semester exam, so that it would be like a model exam then few days after the semester exam will happen

Great faculty and more knowlegeble person, out bound training and every week we have a leadershiplap also. good interaction with every students, we learn lots of things, we have good outside faculty with industry experience.
