- Selection criteria for B.Tech is purely based on the norms of AICTE norms.
- The Institute recognizes scores of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) and Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP).

JEC offers an M.Tech program with 4 specializations and 18 seats in each specialization concluding to 72 seats in the entire course. Students who hold BE, B.Tech Degree in relevant specialization with minimum 55% marks are considered eligible to get admission in the M.Tech program.
