KSRM's student-teacher engagements for all-round professional improvement and staff members' on-time support for making life easy is commendable with regards to placement, the interesting part is that almost one-third of students get Pre-Placement Offer during the internship period itself.

KSRM is always renowned for 100% placement record. The students basically get recruited in the Microfinance sector, Development sector and companies like Reliance Foundation, TechnoServe, ITC, Bandhan Bank, Arohan, JEEVIKA they are our regular recruiter. Apart from academic sessions, this course includes three internships from which the students gain ground-level experience for fieldwork and also get chance for Pre- Placement Offer (PPO).

For campus placements regular mock GD & PI sessions were conducted. On every saturday Guest faculties were invited who enlighten the student with their grassroot level insights. KSRM has a very strong alumni network who supports the students in their placements. There are specific courses like Innovation in rural development & entrepreneurship which boost the students for start-up. KIIT has its own business incubator known as KIIT TBI. Which nourishes the startup Ideas of student with guidance & financial support.

KSRM provides 100% placement every year. Companies from various sectors such as Microfinance, livelihoods or CSR are visiting every year.

The college has its own entrance exam, so I cleared the KIITEE and then a few days later, I was selected for the group discussion. And based on my performance in the group discussion, I went through a personal interview.

The infrastructure of our college is good and the facilities provided were also good like air-conditioned classrooms, wifi, hostel facilities, good library, medical facilities, computer lab, playground, auditorium, etc. It is a good institution.

Extremely good management, highly qualified teachers and very good in overall aspects.

The college is very good at his level. The courses are also well designed that suite the professional life. The management of the college is very good. It results in 100% with limited resources.

In my opinion, KSRM is a good platform for Students who are Looking for Rural Management.

The course has a good combination of classroom and field learning that help much for understanding the real fact.
