First of all, you are clear, the first year means 2 semesters to available for placement. Many companies came in every weak like tata, a Reliance finance company etc. The package is also too good, more than 50% of students get placement.

Good placement and Good job opportunities. Yes our college provide summer internship.Yes our college provide stipend for sc/st students, those are not payable to pay the course fees.
