SISTec Business School - Sagar Group of Institutions, Bhopal provides separate hostel facilities for girls and boys with options from single to multiple occupancy. The fee for the combined hostel and mess facility is INR 1 Lakh per year.

The hostel rooms are well equipped with beds, mattresses, study tables, wardrobes, 24-hour water supply, wi-fi, and other allied amenities. There is a dedicated guard on duty for security purposes.

The mess is run by the college management under the guidance of the Principal and Administrative officer. Vegetarian food is served in the hostel. Mess charges are collected on an annual basis at the time of admission. Parents, guests, and day scholars too can avail of the mess facilities at a very minimal charge.
