The students are eligible from the 6 Semester for the campus placements. No student must have more than 2 backlogs and student must maintain a good Cgpa upto the current semester. Many companies visited our college to give job opportunities such as Wipro, TATA Consultancy Services, Amazon, Zoho, Microsoft, L&T infotech, HCL Technologies, Verizon, Hexaware, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Aircel and Infosys. The highest package of the year is 12 Lpa . The average package of the year is 4 Lpa. More than 80% of the students are getting Placements in this college for every year.

in our college from 6 semester onwars placements will come and all the studemts which donts hav any standing arrear are eligible for the placements still now accenture,zoho and like other companies are came for the placemets with average package of 5 lakhs per annum

Placement Experience:
The highest salary offered is 10LPA by Amazon and Byjus.
And companies like COGNIZANT, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS etc hire a lot of students. And the average package for these on-campus companies are between 3.5 - 4.5 LPA and through the cognizant nurture program, you can get up to 6.75 LPA.
If u have any plans regarding getting selected in the mechanical core company the salary is low and a number of companies visiting campus is very low.

In our college, from the 2nd year itself, they made students prepare for placements. They arranged a skill rack platform for us from where we can get prepared for aptitude and coding tests. Nearly our college arranged 60-70 company placement opportunities for our students. Students are placed in top companies like Zoho and amazon with above Rs. 10lakhs per annum packages. Many service companies like Infosys, CTS, Wipro offer huge placement. Nearly 110 students are selected for CTS. Velammal Institute of Technology is maintaining above 96% placement average each year.
