RIE Ajmer offers a wide range of programs, including the four-year integrated B.Sc B.Ed and B.A.B.Ed, a two-year B.Ed under the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), a two-year M.Ed, and a Ph.D. program. Admission to the Ph.D. program is based on securing at least 50% marks in post-graduation.

B.Sc B.Ed is offered as the flagship program at RIE Ajmer. For admission to the B.Sc B.Ed and B.A.B.Ed program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board. Students also need to appear for the CEE examination, followed by Counselling conducted by the Regional Institute of Education (RIE) Ajmer.

RIE Ajmer UG Admission 2025

Regional Institute of Education offers admission to the UG program in B.Sc B.Ed, B.A.B.Ed, and B.Ed.

For admission to the UG program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board. Students also need to appear for the CEE examination.

Regional Institute of Education Ajmer offers admission to the PG program, i.e., M.Ed.

For admission to the M.Ed program, candidates must have a bachelor's degree along with a B.Ed., B.El.Ed/D.El.Ed.

Why to study at R.I.E. Ajmer

Admission:

I had applied for Dindayal Upadhyay University, Gorakhpur, U.P. and Banaras Hindu University. I cleared both the entrances too. I got confirmed admission if D.D.U.The same year i also got seleted for R.I.E. , Ajmer. I stepped towards it by choice and by my experience its has proven to be best of all. I was entrolled here in RIECEE 4-yr integrated B.Sc. B. Ed. Course(Physical group) through merit based selection now it has been converted to ITEP course. The best course here are B.Sc. B. Ed. abd M.Ed.. First there is entrance then offiline counseling then documents verification and admission.

The making of a RIEan

Admission:

RIE conducts own entrance test consisting of reasoning ability, teaching aptitude and english and the seats are distributed as per the population of states with highest number of seats allotted to UP and rajasthan and the students need to apply as per the domicile state they belong to, anyone who have passed 12th can apply but the rank list is prepared on basis of 60% marks of entrance+40% marks of 12th. I applied for AU and BHU and got there admission but wanted an integrated course so that I can have a BEd done too that's why I chose this option and most of my teachers suggested for RIE because BEd was one the plus points from this institution. Also the course was worth evrything. Maybe other universities where I made were a brand but where I got it has a better success rate of students as per me. One thing that I got to know that in other universities you have to leave one or two subjects thus it narrows your option of choice of subject for masters but since here you have all those subjects till 4 year thus it's a plus point as per me you can apply for any subject for masters.

I applied to Kurukshetra university earlier and got admitted also but this college provides dual degree in 4 yr that's why i chose this college Students who have completed their 12 with science and arts can apply to the college by giving entrance exam which is conducted by NTA which is CBT based

RIE DIARIES- life of a rien

Admission:

I gave cuet exam and got miranda house in first list for the beled course but i had also given ncet exam and RIE ajmer was my dream college it is quite hard to get in this college as the seats were just 50 so along with rie i also registered for department of education north campus new delhi which is also called central institute of education and fortunately i got into both of them but the result of rie came first because its a dual degree program which is more beneficial and apart from that it is my dream college and a constituent body of ncert which is itself a brand so i chose rie ajmer ncert.

Admission:

Entrance test is conducted by NTA in CBT mode.. Cut off depend on difficulty level of paper Syllabus remains General knowledge.. reasoning.. basic mathematics till grade 10... Language.. 3 domain subjects and teaching aptitude The test is conducted once in a year between July and August After result declaration.. students are called for counselling

Know about RIE

Admission:

I took up admission here in 2023 this was the first batch of ITEP.Admission was taken up by NCET exam which was moderate in difficulty level.All the datails was updated on the ncet.samart.ac.in. They informed only 4 days before the exam. Same with the admission process they informed only one or two days before the admission which cause a lot of problems as we have to complete our documents in one or two days only, it was very hectic processs on that 2 days to complete the documents and travel to the college. They should inform atleast 5-6 days before the admission. This was the only thing I was dissapointed with and rest the college has good atmosphere. The natural beauty around the college is very beautiful as there are aravalli hills and Ana sagar lake. Faculties are also good.

The Eligibility for the course is 12 th pass and it gives reservation according population of states. Application form are available at rie cee entrance exam website. The fee for application is rs 1000.
