Hostel rooms have three serring rooms table fore study and personal bed and locker for the persnal stuff to put in. also thay proveinf the three mial for the day. food colity is good but not as good it shoud be. there also provid the washing machien for some extra chare like 10 or 20 rs.

Room is nice properly maintained well lit for studies and rooms have a/c and balcony every hostel has a very well maintained garden Meals of marine Department are prescribed by the government so it well balanced and very nutritious but taste becomes mundane as you eat similar things daily chicken 2 times a week Marine hostel fees is included in the fees You are not allowed to live in local rent or pg as marine engineering course is strictly residential course hence living away from your family is the part of the training and you will do the same onboard ship

Hostels also are pretty good in regular hostel two rooms are sharing one bathroom and you have to pay 20000 per year and if you are taking AC rooms you have to pay 30000 + electricity bills also and in AC rooms you will getting personal bathrooms

I have Taken non Ac hostel fees(no electricity bill have to pay)20000+28000 for regular mess if you want AC room (you have to pay electricity bill)30000 rupees per year and if you don't want to go regular mess you can take another which is 38000 and south mess also available 40000/year If you want nonveg you can take marine mess but not recommended because fees are so high don't know the actual price but >100000/year

There is a total of 3 students in one room. They provide a bed, bedsheet, and study table for every single student in a room. Hostels are quite neat and clean. Food quality is the best part of this hostel, the food is healthy and hygienic. The registration process for the hostel is worst as most of the hostels are full so you have to literally beg them for an empty room. The hostel is affordable and feasible.

In the uvpatel college of engineering may hostel are available in campus and good facilities are there in 1 hostel room only 3 to 4 students are in 1 room. 3 time meal are available morning breakfast, Lunch and dinner quality is very good.

No. I donot opted. I have visited hostel. room is spacious. fully ventillated. Strict timings. Good facilities for breakfast. lunch & dinner. Water & light facilities for 24 hours. Hostel is located at a great distance from college building is the only problem.
