The placement of the college is very well. especially our college Velammal engineering college is the best in placement. Each and every student get placed on the campus. companies that visited our college are Accenture, Wipro, tata, Zoho, Infosys, Kara technology.

I like computer science and engineering. Velammal engineering college is near to my home and one of the best colleges in Tamilnadu. The faculty is very good and the teaching is very best. All faculties are experienced in their respective subjects. The exams are sometimes difficult if you didn't read. The faculty will help you any time as you like a friend if you respect them.

Students are eligible from third year onwards more than 50 companies are available in third year 70 offers are made and highest 9LPA acquired but students.. They provide guarantee placements and make use of them for a proper requirements.

During admission. Iam a government quota student. I don't have any group discussion or written test or interview. I have done TANCET EXAM and I got admission directly. Management quota student will have interviews.

Highest package - 20 LPA Average package-8 LPA. The percentage of the students getting placed is 95%. I would like to getting placed in ZOHO and become a head post within few years.

In the 7th semester students will become eligible for placement, ZOHO, TCS, CTS, wipro, HP, BRUM technology, Amazon are the companies that the college visited, and the highest package is 11.50 lakh and average package is 3.0 lakh, and 80 percent of a student getting placed and I'm planning to do higher studies.
