Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology Navi Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In my batch from mechanical trade percent of students getting placed is average upto 30% My plan after getting a degree is to get 2years of experience in a relevant field and go for MBA In 7th semester students are eligible for placement.

The placement opportunities were good before the COVID 19, after the lockdown the placement number took a big hit as other colleges did to. But now the placement numbers are going up again. Other than campus placement there are few job directly on recommendations also.

only IT and comps people get campus placements easily for other branches it is super hard to get placements because a number of the companies which come for placements is very few. companies like TCS, L&T visit the college for placements.

Once you enter the last year, at the beginning of the 7th semester placements start different companies come to college to hire fresh talent. TCS, L&T, and many more. avg package given to the students is 3-4 Lac per annum.

Here the placement percentage is Very good which is about 87 %. The companies visit here such as LnT, Tcs, etc. My plan after my degree is to become an entrepreneur. I want to become an entrepreneur because I have to do something in life.

Some of my seniors went to this college and had a decent experience with decent jobs after graduating. Also it was near my home with travel time of around 45 mins. The college also has a good program for job interviews especially for Computer Engineering course.

I wanted computer engineering trade and got it through online cap round. Admission process is 1st you have to give jee or cet score marks then depending upon the cutoff of college you have to fill online cap form and put colleges and trade that you want to apply.

I am average student in rural area. The college location is close to my native place as well as bus facility is given by college for travelling purpose also there is no college near to me than this college. Good Aspects :-1) Good Infrastructure2) Well equipped Library Bad Aspects :-1) Transport facility is worst2) Less experienced teachers3) Placements are not available if your branch is other than CS and IT.

When I took admission, the college was an emerging college. Hence more attention was given on students in improving there overall academics. The faculty were good & well experience. As well Pillai's do have good companies coming for placements. Companies like TCS, LnT, Persistence, TechM, Syntel, IDFC, IBM, Hexaware and many more visit the campus.

Infrastructure, Staff, 'A' Graded by 'NAAC', No entrance exam, No much donation, Short Distance from home, Bus facility, Good Food in canteen, Good Students and also i have done my diploma in same college so opted same college for my BE.
