Not much more a burden for the parents to pay this and every type of scholarship is available here which is best .
I liked some helpful and very good teachers, they really help in exams like giving selection
Eligibility was based on jee rank , reservation were made accordingly, the environment is quite competitive, faculties are student friendly and helpful towards others .

Dislikes

Placement facility is very very bad highest in campus package is rarely 6-7 lakh only known company came here is tata power with 6.1lpa package.
The hostel mess is very bad and they are not provide good food.
Placement is very average in our college they provide no internship

The environment is very very good due the climate in the area.
The facilities available in the college.

The distance between railway station and college.

I like some faculities , they alwasys motivate us
I like the sorrounding of college , a beautiful garden present here
Some shops are present in the campus of in our college i. e. Very helpful for us

Dislikes

I don't like the fees sturutuce i.e. very high for a middle class family
I don't like the extraclasses timing i.e. very untolerable for us
I i don't like the hostel timing it closed at 6 pm

I have interested on elrctrical machines And i want to be a successful engineer I like the teaching methods of some faculities and some faculities i don't like their teaching method One semester and 2 internals exam in a 6 months of semester

Its a big campus and beautiful nature and garden
Faculty members are so calm and cool and comfortable woth student
Building are so much high quality and clean

Dislikes

Mess meals are very poor as comparrd to other clg
Washroom of clg are so much nasty and smelling so much
Class timing are not suitable for is and we can't enjoy much

As this technical study grows ralidly day by day so students are mich more interest on this course and this field gives mich more job opportunity in future.to have a great future for yur pupils you have to suggest them for admission

The senior and junior bonding no ragging
The central library and the facilities very supportive
The campus and the overall greenery and etc

Dislikes

The campus placement package and the overall placement
Travelling for day scholars it's 20 km away from main city
No nearby hostel and restaurant for chilling

Placement Experience:

The students of 6 th semester are allowed to seat in campus placement There are many companies that visit such as cognizant, Infosys,tech mehandra etc.. the highest package of 2023 is 700000 and the average is 400000 around 75 percentage of students get placed my plan is to go for higher studies

PMEC- an advancing beacon in the sky of technical education

Likes

The campus life is good here. Seniors are good. There are strict rules against ragging.
Greenery in the surroundings.. It feels like being close to nature.
The hostel is good and the food provided is also manageable.

Dislikes

Some clubs are a bit slow functioning due to lack of students interest.
As in every college this college also has some good and some average teachers but everyone is always willing to help
There are strict rules about getting into the hostel and its good.

The curriculum is as per BPUT as the college is semi autonomous and exams are conducted under bput. Bput means biju pattnaik university of technology. The curriculum is good and enhances the overall development of the student with subjects like uhv..

The growing PMEC

Likes

Due to lot of culture event's conducted mostly.
A new building that is central Library is constructed.
Teacher's are friendly with Supportive in nature.

Dislikes

Campus is not being utilised properly for construction purpose.
College is too far and travelling costs us a lot of time.
Course is not completed in time and its leaves us with lot of burden.

Placement Experience:

8th semester student are eligible for placement. Companies include Infosystem, Adani, Tata with 1-2 offers. Highest package ?7 lc per annum to avg ?3.5--4 lc per annum. 60% students are almost placed.

About campus and hostel .

Likes

The afternoon in summer is very soothing inside campus
The systemic approach for the competitions .
Some teachers who guide and support like when I was in high school .

Dislikes

Sometimes in hostel the food in unhealthy .
The campus is not enough large where any one can spend time with own .
Power backup system in our college is not enough .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good , as it has included projects and presentations , which will help in practical applicability of our course . And talking about semester exams , if anyone starts preparing from day 1 , they will surely get good marks .

Poor placement, lack of internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is not according to my expectation. Here the average package is 3 lpa and the percentage of student placed is very low. My plan after getting this degree is to opt for higher studies like mtech by giving gate exam.
