DY Patil Institute of Technology (Pimpri) Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In college we can get a placement after completing 6 semester. Companies visits in college are TATA, Google, Firefox, Mercedes, Mahindra, Syska etc. Placement of students are above 60 percent. Highest package is 23lakhs per anum.

From 5th or 6th semester you may start getting placement offers. Already in last year, there was the highest package of 70lpa and the average was around 7-8lpa. Many companies such as Infosys, TCS, cognizant, IBM, and many big companies visit the campus and give placements. Over 90% of students are getting placed.

The placement of Dr.D Y Patil Institute of Technology, Pimpri is better than any other college in the SPPU University. The College also provides intership opportunities for the students. There are also many off-campus drives.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. More than 50 companies are visiting the college some of them are Amazon, Barclays, Veritas, Publicis, etc. The highest package offered by Publicis Sapient is around 16 LPA and the average package is between 5-7 LPA. 80% of students get placed and the remaining students apply for MSC or startup.

In our college in the third year, students gets internship opportunity and if they do well work they get placed there if not in the last year, many companies came here like Infosys tech Mahindra recently on Sep 23 Philips gave around 12 lakh package some 19 students got placed in Philips in last years many students got placed in Microsoft and Amazon also but they likely got it through off campus but one of them got 70 lakh which is the highest in college but I am going to to do business after college.

When students are in 3rd year they get the opportunity for internships If they perform good in it they get placed there but if not in 4th year they get eligible for on-campus placement companies that come here to hire freshers, like Wipro, and Mahindra Infosys my plan is to create b business after degree.

Students are eligible for placement from the 6th sem and for internship from the 4th sem. Mostly service-based companies and some product-based companies visit the campus almost 80 per cent of students get placed.

There are so many companies that visited here and many offers made the companies Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Adobe, Infosys, all the stop companies are always coming here to provide good packages for the students and the highest package was around 70 lacs for a mechanical student and average packages around 7 to 8 lakh, currently 90% of the students are getting a place and my plans of getting the degrees to go for masters.

Placements in our college are very good. Around 80% to 90% of the students get placed in various companies. The average salary package offered here ranges from 4–5.5 LPA.
