The college has a placement rate over 60%, mainly benefiting students in the CSE and EEE departments, while opportunities are limited for ECE and almost non-existent for Civil, Mechanical, and Agriculture students. Key recruiters include Ashok Leyland with a stipend of 3,500 INR, HCL offering 28,000 INR, and DELL at 30,000 INR. Despite several projects, including government ones, most opportunities are geared towards CSE students. Efforts to improve skills through the DDUGKY program, aimed at enhancing communication and interview skills, have not been very successful.
The college offers an affordable annual fee of 15,500 INR, with scholarships available to aid students, as seen from a student who found employment at L&T Construction. Although challenges due to EAMCET ranks exist, the fee structure has been adjusted for financial difficulties, with reductions during the pandemic but not going below 5,000 INR for two years.
