School of Management Studies, MNNIT Allahabad Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Since I was in the training and placement team so I can get you the exact figures, the placement offered by the institute is great almost every year above 90% of the batch gets placed with a good handsome package. The students are eligible to sit for placement drives after starting their 3rd semester, few students also got PPO from their summer training companies. The highest CTC offered here at our time was 13LPA and the average offer ranges between 6.5-7LPA. In our senior batch, the highest offer was received from FederalBank at 12.5 LPA with the role of management trainee grade 1 for a bank branch role, around 95% of our senior batch was placed in 2022 and in batch 2023 more than 90% of the batch was placed till February 2023. 65+ companies visited for our batch, Quadrafort Technologies, BurgerPaints, Volvo Eicher, Loyalty Juggernaut, Tata Power, TCS, Federal Bank, ujjivan Bank, Wipro, ICICI Prudential, ICICI securities, TATA AIG, SBI life insurance, etc are the regular recruiters.

I was a member of Training & Placement Cell. There were many companies that visited our campus. You pay a sum of 1.5 Lakhs for the entire course and at the end you get a median placement of 5 LPA. I believe that it is very attractive opportunity for freshers

There are plenty of internship opportunities provided by the college in the domain of Banking, Microfinance, IT, Marketing, and Sales, operations, Financial Analyst, etc. at a reputed organization. Some of the organization which visits for summer internship placements are Ujjivan small finance Bank, Edelweiss, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Shriram insurance, parimal finance, outlook India, etc.

Placement here in Motilal Nehru National Institute Technology is fare and general, you can get the maximum package if you have the qualities. You will be provided national level placement training before setting in interviews. Students are provided internship opportunities by the college at the starting of 3rd semester and they are eligible for placement in the 4th semester. The highest package offered was 9.85 lakhs per annum. Approx. 85% of students get placed every year. My plan after master's degree is to secure a job in the marketing domain.
