I have seen a huge growth in placement this year. Almost 85% of the batch has been placed for this year and the highest and average placement have increased a lot. I will really recommend you to join the college and i ensure your placement will be in safe hands.

The overall placements scenario is very good. The average package was 9.5 LPA. This year there was an unbelievable hike in the placements scenario. Deloitte has become one of the major recruiters of GLIM Gurgaon, this year with an average of 11.5 LPA. Companies like KPMG, Infosys, Cognizant, Larsen and Tubro Infotech, Gartner, etc visit every year and recruit a number of students from campus.

Companies start arriving for placements soon after term 3, in October. There is a 3rd party Service known as the Campus-Corporate Services that help prepare the students for placements. They are the ones who are responsible for inviting recruitment companies. About 80% of my batch was placed through campus placements and the other 20% included students who got offers from off-campus recruitment or were on sabbaticals. I scored an off-campus job with a B2B SAAS company as a marketer.
