FLAME School of Business: Admission Procedure
Applications for all courses are available online at flame.edu.in. Highlights of eligibility for the programs are listed below-
- For BBA admissions: 45% marks in class 12 + FEAT or SAT scores.
- For MBA admissions: 50% marks in Graduation + CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAH CET MBA.
Other than entrance exam scores, applicants' performance in group discussion and interviews are also considered for the admission. There’s an internal assessment process under which the School considers the following aspects of the candidate’s application :

Flame School of Business Scholarships
Flame University offers various scholarships to students. The scholarships are as follow:
- Merit Scholarships: Merit scholarships at Flame University is of two types:
- Merit Scholarship at the time of admission- Scholarships are awarded to the best performing students at the time of admission considering the final internal scores in the admission process. Scholarship received covers either full or partial fees of the student.
- Merit Scholarship for enrolled students- The scholarship is awarded to students performing excellently in their annual academics. The two conditions of the scholarships are- (a) Students should rank in the top 5% of their batch. (b) Should have a minimum of 8.5 CGPA.
Award received is used in the remaining semesters to waive off fees.
- Special Scholarship through Application: This scholarship is awarded to students holding:
- State Level, Board Level, or National level rank in academics.
- A rank in School Games Federation of India (SGFI), or The Indian Olympic Association (IOA).
- A rank at State or National level in any field other than academics or sports.
- Fellow Scholarships: Postgraduate students with 90 or above percentile in CAT or XAT/ 650+ score in GMAT + consistent academic record are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver. Students are required to go through the following process to be eligible for the scholarship:

Ques. What if I don't score a good mark in the admission test, should I still apply further for admission?
Ans. Yes, you should. The admission process of Flame University includes many parameters on which a student is selected for admission. The admission test score is just one of them. No matter if you did not perform well in one parameter, might possible that your application may contain other requirements that could be considered for admission.
Ques. Is there an entrance exam for admission?
Ans. Yes, PG FEAT is the entrance exam conducted by the Flame University for selecting students for admission. But this test is optional. If an applicant feels that his/her CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAH-CET score is sufficient for admission, they can skip this entrance exam. But they can appear for the test if they wish to.
Ques. What is PG FEAT?
Ans. PG FEAT is a Flame Entrance Aptitude Test conducted online by the Flame University for Postgraduate program admissions. The duration of the test is 120 minutes where candidates will have to attend 4 sections divided as Verbal Ability, reasoning, quantitative ability, and general knowledge.
Ques. Is there a procedure for accepting the offer letter?
Ans. No such guidelines are involved in accepting an offer letter. Once you are selected for admission by the university, you will receive an offer letter via mail. You just have to click on “accept” and the process is complete. Or if not, you may submit a hard copy of the offer letter at the office.
Ques. Are there any scholarships at Flames University?
Ans. The university provides Merit-based, need-based, and fellow program scholarships to students. Eligibility criteria for each scholarship, students must check all the details before applying.
