Rampurhat College was founded in the year 1950 in Rampurhat, West Bengal. The college is affiliated with the University of Burdwan.

At present, Rampurhat College has three departments namely Arts, Science, and Commerce and offers BA, BSc, B.Com (General and Honors) courses. BA Hons program is offered under 11 specializations whereas BSc Hons is provided under 5 disciplines.

Students who have passed 10+2 in relevant discipline from a recognized Board are considered eligible for admission to UG course.

Admission:

I applied in some other college in birbhum under burdwan university. But I prefer rampurhat college because it's best over another college and comparison and competiotion is like ok . College distance is near of tailgate and bus stand . In 5 min of walking distance you will reach your college .

Summary of College life in Rampurhat College .

Admission:

I applied Some other college under burdwan university but after seeing Rampurhat college website i found a lot of facilities over other college . Firstly Its nearby to me comparing to other colleges and transport system is decent . because from railway station you have to walk only 10 min . Overall in this college admission process is easy and low compitision .

College admission process are simple first fill up the from online then some days before merit list coming then you know you got this college or not. By any chance I couldn't got this college it has big problem for me because we have not enough money to buy book and in this college it has a library so I carry book from library

Our collage

Admission:

I am interested for this course and there are no collage in our locality for this cours and other wise the sir and madam r very experienced and too good. The admission process is at 1st we are from fill for this course and after selection we are paid the admission charge and then we take admission.. There are totally 8 sem for this course every year 2 semester. And every 6 months the take one 1 semester.

Rampurhat college and it's pros and cons

Admission:

No entrance exam. The admission process is online. However, students need to verify documents in college after admission. This is a government college so fees are very nominal. The college is very neat and clean. If anyone is opting for bsc pure science then go for it. but besides that make sure to study some other cources

My college is still a bigger education center with lovely and authentic environment

The admission process was conducted by the college authority offline through Merritt basis on results of Madhyamik and HS I got admission in BA English honours in the general category I got 500 marks and 520 marks in Madhyamik and HS respectively.
