Rosary College of Commerce and Arts Salcete Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

There are various specializations in some of the courses offered by the institute at UG level. The table given below shows specializations and the total fees required to be paid for a particular course.

Rosary College of Commerce & Arts UG Eligibility

The minimum eligibility for all the courses is mentioned beneath.

Eligibility for BBA, BA, BCA and BBA (T&T)

Applicants who desire to apply in the mentioned courses are required to have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) in any stream, conducted by the Goa Board, or a Board recognized as equivalent thereto.

NOTE - For BBA, candidates must have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in 10+2. Additionally, they must have appeared in UGAT.

Eligibility for B.Com.

Candidates seeking admission in B.Com. must have passed 10+2 in Commerce stream from the Goa Board or its equivalent Board.

Rosary College of Commerce & Arts UG Selection Criteria

• The institute shortlist students for BBA course depending upon the UGAT AIMA score.
• While for the remaining UG courses such as BA, B.Com., BCA and BBA (T&T), Rosary College of Commerce & Arts considers the merit in the qualifying exam (10+2).
• After shortlisting, the college sends the credentials to the screened students via SMS/E-mail.
• Using the sent credentials, candidates have to login to the Management Information System (MIS) of the college. 
• Now they have to click on the payment option and make the online payment.
• Students selected for admission need to produce a printout of the Online Registration Form.
• All the students along with their parents/guardians have to compulsorily attend the general orientation session given by the Principal in the college seminar hall on a specified date and time. 
• The date and time will be displayed on the notice board.
• If students fail to attend this session their admission will not be finalized and they will have to forfeit their seats. Late comers will not be entertained.
• After orientation, there will be a short counseling session for students with regards\ to the selection of subjects. 
• At this time candidates have to submit the Admission Forms to the Admission Committee for scrutiny and selection of subjects. 
• The decision of the Admission Committee will be final and binding upon the students while choosing the subjects.
• When counseling session will be over, students accompanied by their parents/guardians have to meet the Principal for the finalization of their admission.

Applicants can opt any specialization among Accounting & Finance or Business Management in the second year of the course.

Rosary College of Commerce & Arts PG Eligibility

Candidates who want to apply for the M.Com course must be B.Com. or its equivalent Graduates.

Rosary College of Commerce & Arts PG Selection Criteria

• The college shortlist candidates for M.Com. based on merit in the qualifying exam (B.Com.).
• Those who get shortlisted will receiver credentials via sms or email.
• With these credentials, students have to login to the MIS of the college and make the online payment.
• Selected applicants have to bring an Online Registration Form.
• When visiting the college, candidates have to be accompanied by their parents or guardians to attend the general orientation session on the given date and time.
• After completion of orientation, students have to take part in the counseling.
• During the counseling, applicants have to submit the Admission Forms to the Admission Committee.
• Lastly, students accompanied by their parents/guardians need to meet the Principal for the finalization of their admission.

Interested candidates can apply in online mode through the official website of the college. Candidates need to first buy the prospectus from the college and then proceed to complete the application process on the official website. Following are the steps to apply:

1. Buy prospectus from the college office and make sure there is an online admission code on it.
2. Now visit the official website of the college.
3. Click on ‘Admission’ tab on the menu bar and then click on ‘Online Admission’.
4. Read the instructions, terms and conditions and then select the year and course of your choice, and click on ‘submit’.
5. On the next page, enter the online admission code as it appears in the prospectus.
6. As soon as you enter the code, an application form will appear on the screen.
7. Fill the application form correctly.
8. Also, upload the latest photograph (500 x 500 pixels), signature (282 x 100 pixels) and marksheets of SSC and HSSC in JPEG format (Maximum Size - 1 MB) in the form.
9. Once the form is filled, click on the “Submit” button.
10. After submission, you will receive a ‘Registration Id’, which can be used for all future references during the admission process.
11. Finally, take a printout of the submitted application form and bring it along on the day of admission.

Documents Required

Applicants have to carry below-listed documents at the time of admission.

• Marksheets of Class X and Class XII.
• Original copy of Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
• Candidates who have passed out from other Boards of Examination, other than Goa Board, have to obtain an Eligibility Certificate from Goa University.
• Attested photocopy of ST/SC/OBC Certificate (if applicable).
