Srikishan Sarda College Hailakandi Faculty

All the faculties are very good as compare to the other colleges in Hailakandi and the course structure are medium not very vast . exam systems are very tight entire the hall incukinf all the classes cc tv present

The faculties of this college is much experienced, dedicated towards the subject, Rupam sir is the best teacher of this college who taught chemistry,Some teacher like Gabbar and Soltu sir are very aggressive so they are not like by many students,As Ss college is affiliated under Assam University so it conduct 2 internal exam and 1 final semester end exam, The exam are quite difficult in this college,but the students are very hardworking and dedicated towards the study so they often pass the examination and the course is very relevant to the respective curriculum.

In my department there are 5 faculties and they are very helpful in nature they teaches us in a very good and easy way so that every student can understand their lectures. I, personally, like the HOD of our department Mr. R. Chakraborty. There are 2 internal exam per semester and the questions for the internal assessment was prepared by the college professors but the annual exam's question paper were made by the University.

The faculty is quite decent and dedicated. They teach with new teaching methodologies to make learning easy to understand. They give more emphasis on student response time in the classroom so that students can come up with ideas that are both sustainable and feasible.

With high educational qualification and many years of experience in the respective field the teachers are very dedicated. They teach in very lucid manner and focus on making the students understand the concepts. The classrooms are productive with regular group discussions.

They are highly qualified and experienced teachers, very much helpful to students as well. They are got selection in that post through interviews made by the State Government panel. Firstly I am student of that College in 12+ also and after that I went for Medical Entrance Coaching Institute in my neighbouring district for 1 year and not getting selected in MBBS, BDS and then I started to believe that Chemistry field would be helpful for me because small but very very intelligent students want admission to B.Sc with Chemistry as major subject and got admission in that College as well by getting selected in merit list and they help me in my admission to Chemistry department

One of the reasons why our college delivers the good quality of education is because of the faculty our college has. The teachers we have on board are some of the most intelligent and brilliant staff members we have interacted with. They teach us in a way we all will understand and are very supportive towards all the students.
