They explain things very nicely and corporate with the students vey well.

Dislikes

Many of the time class get postponed and unable to get any important info due to this.

Faculty:

Faculty are good with their students but most offenses do not attend classes which may break the chain of understanding. Sometimes they do not object to those who interrupt the whole class. Examination is held properly.

Surendranath College review

The professors of number in our college is 26 maybe. I am not sure about it. The professors are very experienced in teaching and they are very humble. Dr. Rani Pal ma'am and Jagannath Jana sir is my favourite because they are teaching quality is to impressive and easy to understand for student , they also provide use books and study materials. They're is no faculty I didn't like in my college. We have 2 semester exams in year , every semester have 6 months duration, 8 papers are in one semester exam. Exams are not so difficult but also not so easy, if students study properly they can pass in exam. Every semester 8% students get supply in exam nether than all students successfully pass in exam

Summed up the College

We have eminent faculty. The faculty is very cooperative and understanding. The overall building of the college is well maintained and provides many facilities such as library, lab, and office staff is very familiar.

The department has been fulfiling the educational demand of a good number of students . Professor Raju Mondal is the HOD of this Department. He is one of the best faculty and provides personel care to student and resolve their academic general and specific problems.

College review

Surendranath college is affiliated to Calcutta University. They take internal exams of 3 to 4 subjects and 3 to 4 external exams. The external exams are conducted in respective centres which are alloted to the students. The centres differ from course to couse and also the boys and girls have different centres. A lot of people get supplies not only in Surendranath college but in Calcutta University. The teachers are very supportive of the college.

Fated to my college

Faculty of Department of Microbiology was actually very good. Teachers were very friendly with the students but at the same time they scolded us whenever we were wrong. Some teachers were also very partial towards particular students but it was easy to deal with them because of other lovely teachers. My favourite among all the faculties is Debalina Basu mam. She is the best teacher I could have ever asked for. She treated me like her own child and gave me the best suggestions whenever needed. Other than her Bipasa Kundu mam also treated us with so much love. Debdeep Dasgupta sir was also very friendly with us. There were total 6 semesters in 3 years. Each semester include 3 to 4 papers out of which some will be difficult and some will be easy. In the initial semester many students fail to pass the semesters but gradually the number of failing students decrease to 3 - 4.

About Surendranath College

students are obviously very much as it's a goverment college the faculty is okay okay types total if you see then it is 8 exams and for it is not that hard because I come from a private school CISC board which is a plus point for me

Student Snaps:

The faculties of department is very cooperative with students. Always ready to help the students. Faculty to student ratio is adequate. 1:3. I like Asis Basu sir and TKS sir. I like every faculty of my department. There are total 6 semester exams. Odd semesters are comparatively easy than even. You need to study 5 subjects till 4th semester and then 4 subjects are there.

Surendranath College: Good or Bad

The faculty of Surendranath College is very good . They have modern teaching methods as well as model lab for experiment.

Faculty to student ratio is around 1:65 Faculties are very good and they approach you very well to learn all things. Sourav Mishra, Chemistry Professor and Jayant Kumar Sharma, physics professor is very good person and teaches us everything and care us like children. I think the best is Sourav Mishra sir . I don't like biology department faculties because they are very strict.

Psychedelic Life at SNC

I like the faculties behaviour, they were frank, friendly. The Department give individual importance to every one. Also they teach veru well and even guide for the psychology practical exam.
They organize field visit every year for the Students
Department provide mentorship programme to each student

Faculties are great atleast for department of psychology surendranath college. Students can reach to faculties any time they face a problem. They are very much friendly, they encourage each student to reach their full potential and they teach very well, conduct class test, sometimes Students seminar too.
