No, you can't pursue certificate course of BSOAP after passing 10th. For admission to certificate course, you must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
The BSOAP has not updated the fee structure of Certificate Course in Basic Techniques in Photography course. To know about the fee structure please visit the official website.
