I will be paying a total of 1 crore as I took admission via NRI seat . For merit based seat it's 9 lakh per Annum Fees are not obliged for ST, Sc students . Hostel facilities are available with a fees of 1 lakh yearly . The college has a very beautiful campus and atmosphere . The weather is perfect for students to have a productive academic schedule The hospital is well maintained and patients are taken care of with utmost care . As this is a hill station and not a metropolitan city , the patient flow is less compared to other medical colleges . But this hospital is a super speciality is a district like wayanad and if of high quality medical services

Dr Moopens Medical College, Study Medicine in the Heart of Nature

Yearly tuition fee is nine lakh forty five thousand with hostel fee being one lakh and some other fee adds the total up to nearly eleven lakhs. OEC, SC, and ST students do not have to pay any tuition fee, only hostel fee.

In the first year I paid a sum of 9.2 lakhs,it included our mess and hostel fee also which came around 1.1 lakhs. In second year the fee came to around 8.2 lakhs,mess and hostel fee decreased by about 10000 rs. The same fee pattern as that of 2nd yr followa for 3rd and final yr as well. Nb. There is a 10 %hike in college fee allowed by government in private colleges every year...so while calculating expenses keep that in mind.

My College Days

First year I paid total of 920000 rupees which include 720000 station fee 100000 hostel fee and 100000 for caution fee registration fee admission fee development fee lab fee and all other compulsory fees. Second year total of 820000 rupees paid which include 720000 tution eand and 100000 hostel fee.

DM WIMS MEDICAL COLLEGE, is a private medical institution.for NRI seats it takes about 15 lakhs per year for tution fee and 1.12lakhs for hostel fee .For regular students (allotment wise) ,the tution fee is 7.29lakhs and hostel fee is 1.12lakhs .on first year there is special fee of 1lakh which includes transportation fee,apron , autopsy etc. For sc and st students there is 12000/-per year tution fee .

DM WIMS unbiased review of a medical student

Fees for 2017 batch is follows. Scholarship : 5 Lakhs Govt Merit : 5.18 Lakhs Fees is exempted for SC, ST and certain OBC category students. Fees hike for the next batch students will be 10% of the base 5.18 lakhs and will be continued on for the consecutive batches. No job available on campus.

Of course, the college offers scholarship opportunities to students. There is no eligibility for this scholarship. Every student can apply. I don’t know about the average sum for which the scholarship was provided.
