Mechanical engineering has lost its scope due to the IT boom causing most of the students to opt CSE as their branch. Mechanical according to me has its pros and due to more demand and less strength in the field excelling in the course will earn any student a good spot in the industry. The curriculum mainly focuses on the real life applications and some aspects of CSE like basic programming and Excel are also included which are required for the field. Only improvement required is the management of syllabus across the semesters. The university shouldn't fluctuate the subjects so much and make it standard throughout the course. The exams are easy if prepared, no extra material is required or asked , it's scoreable with mediocre practice.

Students are eligible for placements as soon as they pass 6th semester. Many companies such as Intel, amazon ,Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, jp Morgan , etc come for our college for campus placements. The highest package the previous year was 45 lakhs per anum. Almost 70 % of the students got placed last year..

Campus placement is offered by the college. If you are in tech based brach like ise and cse, you can easily get placed. The average placement for these branch is around 7-8 lakhs. You can become eligible for placement after passing your sixth sem. Companies like cognizant, infosys, kickdrum visits our college for placement. Highest package in last year is 26 lakhs per annum and approx 90% students got placed last year.

Most of the students become eligible from 4th year. There are many companies that visit our college like Infosys, Adobe, phone pay,etc. The highest package is 45 lakh and the average package is 10 lakh.

CSE has a good future in the present growing world though there are many who opt for the IT field it is somewhat growing and many students have very bright futures in terms of time management work management and many others

The course is good and covers wide variety of concepts , and also the faculty is good . Everyone are experienced and knowledgaeble professionals and teach great too. Facult student ratio is 1:60. The term exams were short and fast , each semester was only 4-5 months .

from the 5 and 6 semester students are eligible for campus placements . there are few companies which visit our branch they are hcl,sap,tcs,infosys and many other . so highest package is 45LPA from ISC branch and highest in our branch is 9lpa.

If the students have more than 80 percent in class 10 and 12 and over 8 cgpa in every semester till 5th sem, they can sit for placements in the 6th sem itself. Many companies have visited, I can't name all of them but the renowned ones are cognizant, Amazon, kickdrum, juzpay, merceedes-Benz, tcs, razorpay, wipro, decathlon. In our cse department, out of 180 students 137 students were recruitted. Highest package is 45 lpa. Average package is 6 lpa. 100% placement is there for students. My plan is to land a job in a good MNC.

the placements are by far better than anything else in here. even if you're an average student you'll get a placement of 5 to 7 lacs and that's a decent amount as a fresher. In CSE/ISE there's 100% placement even in ECE/EI there's almost 90% placement. so many startups visit our campus offering salaries like 6 lacs-8 lacs. the placements start from the start of the 4th year and continue till the end of it. the highest CTC offered till now is Rs 14.8 lacs by kickdrum, they took 6 students from our college.

From the 6th semester onwards students are eligible for placements and there should be no active backlog in order to go through the placements process. This year, many good companies like One direct, Adobe, kickdrum, Mercedes Benz r&d, etc., visited our college and many students got placements in them. Also, overall placements are also good nearly everyone gets placed.
