the fee structure is quite the problem. Not very expensive but they keep on reminding you about the fee payment as if we are going to run without paying. There are no scholarships to avail. Not very sure about the stipend.

Yes they provide scholarship to the meritorious students who achieved good marks in the entrance exam and yes loan facility is definitely available as they assists in providing the loan which is termed as education loan

Loan facility and scholarships was there for financially weaker student. But I never availed any loan and scholarships from college but my one of the friend availed this facility.
