The academy encourages students to take part in physically demanding programmes and activities like swimming etc. For fun, we also play many indoor and outdoor sports and hold tournaments within ourselves.

There is gym and sportsroom. Daily there is an sports time you can play the gave which you are interested and you can do gym also. Swimming baldo they will take you once in a week.computer lab, electrical and electronics lab, mechanical lab, hydrodynamic labs are present here

The institute provides us an opportunity for exploring things apart from academics into the domain extra-curricular activities. Host of activities like gym, swimming, sports clubs etc keeps us involved. Not much of event celebration is done however Republic Day and Independence Day are celebrated annually. Infrastructure wise the institute stands among the top Maritime institutes in the country.
