Pillai's College of Architecture is one of the pioneering Architecture School. It was established in the year 1992 by Mahatma Education Society. The institute is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA) and Government of Maharashtra.
Pillai's College of Architecture offers B.Arch. degree course, M.Arch. Degree course in Urban Design, and Ph.D. program in Architecture.

Pillai's College of Architecture B.Arch Admission 2025
Pillai’s College of Architecture offers Bachelor of Architecture degree course at the undergraduate level.
To apply for B.Arch. course, candidates must have passed 10+2 with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together.
Admission to the B. Arch Program will be done on the basis of NATA Score. Based on the candidate’s aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together and performance in NATA, category wise merit list will be prepared by the college.
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of counselling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.

Pillai’s College of Architecture offers Master of Architecture degree course in Urban Design at the postgraduate level.
To apply for M.Arch. Course, candidates must have passed B.Arch. degree from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
Admission to the M. Arch Program will be done on the basis of MAH-M.Arch. CET Score. Based on the candidates’ performance in the CET, category wise merit list will be prepared by the conducting body.
Final selection will be based on the counselling conducted by DTE, Maharashtra.

Pillai's College of Architecture Ph.D. Admission 2025
Pillai’s College of Architecture also offers Doctorate of Philosophy in Architecture.
To apply for the Ph.D. program, candidates must have passed M.Arch. Degree from any recognized University with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks.
Admission to the Ph.D. Program will be done on the basis of Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) conducted by the University of Mumbai. Candidates who will clear the PET will have to apply in the prescribed form and submit it to research center of the college within fifteen days after the declaration of the PET results.
