Got improved a lot compared to when I joined in 2019. Now they conduct regular classes, and. Need 80% attendance for appearing exam. They provide lab facility, smartclass, expert teachers, library. They have administrative department for each courses
We have separate buildings/ departments for each course like AHS, BPT, Nursing, Medicine. They provide good faculty for teaching & managing. Attendance is also compulsory. And College conducts different programs like culturals, sports, conference..

Dislikes

Faculties are good at there job but feels like they don't care about there students. But it is similar in colleges as it is not schooling system.

Faculty:

For each department they have enough facilities for taking each subjects and have experienced docters to teach. If you are a regular student, faculties will be soo good u too. They'll help you in studies and academics. Office staffs are a bit rude maybe because of there heavy work but overall it's ok. I don't have any particular name of any faculty as everyone are like same for me. In AHS, as we have different departments we have technicians to teach for each department. Exams are neither too difficult nor too easy. But evaluation system is a bit worst as it doesn't have revaluation or recounting. All we can do is get soft copy of our answer sheet. Evaluation is computerised. Each year contains a final exam on Nov-Dec and a supply exam on Apr-May months conducted by university. College conducts 3 internals and a final model exam. Every examination is held in same campus, internals and models in classes and finals in auditorium. According to my experience, Exam results will be like such that we'll pass if we are lucky enough. But now it got improved a lot and students are passing in high rate. There will be an examination fee for each university exam including aplication fee and fee for each subject. Practical ll be there in which it is conducted in our college for some courses but as for optometry venue will be some other optometry colleges till now.

Their are good faculties they are helpful and kind with students, im really sorry i cant say the name of some faculty because of their reputation but not i dont like them all students dont like coz some of will always show attitude and they are rude too, if we are so soft infront of them they will give more problem soo we have to answer with confidence and properly with respect , Exam :- their are 4 exams which is 1st internal, 2nd internal, 3rd internal and Final , final exam is very important we have to archive 50marks to get pass out of 100 and 20 marks is practical exam, soo 120 out of 60 marks we have to get to eligible for 2nd year or 3rd year , and all result will share with parents and guardian of students every exams results either internal exam or final exam , exam are also very strict, camera will keep focuses on our paper what we are writing and faculties people will also be their to watch us during exam, exam hour is 3hr ,

Overall things about my college

The way they teach students and the way they tell all the things in detail

Faculty are so good and they explain each and everything in detail. They are best faculty to be honest. Ratio is also pretty well and sufficient for the number of students in the class My course is mbbs and all the exams which we write are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences and will be having one regular and one supplementary exams every year

RRMCH OVER AND BEYOND

Faculty is greatly experienced and all subjects are thought well

There is ample amount of faculty available for us like it's almost every 10 students has a faculty and all of them are well trained highly experienced and well exams are conducted on a regular basis and if we happen not perform well they help us out

Our college has good infrastructure but not a good management

Yes they are good they teach well and have very good knowledge about for subjects they teach except for some people who think they know everything and try to dominate students I wouldn't like to mention them but I would say they are well qualified and expertise for teaching.

It is the same as every college some are talented and some are not but they are working to make us understand what they are teaching and they are putting an effort into it. Teaching skills vary from person to person and some things can not be changed.

The RCMH experience
