Rajarajeshwari Dental College and Hospital Bangalore Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is good. Most of them are always approachable, they are welcoming, nice and they appreciate efforts put in by students. Few of the faculty are however exceptions, they're rude and seem to be angry for no reason, they aren't approachable, very few of them behave like they own the place and demand things to be done their way. But there is a balance and probably inclining more to the good side. The balance also helps us to be humble and do good to not get screwed.

The faculties are really nice. If you have any doubt they are always there to help you out. My favourite staff is Dr. Maria Jenifer maam she is a faculty in Department of Prosthodontics. She is very friendly and will surely help you out in any way whether in work or in studies. There is no such faculty whom i dont like everyone are good here in this college. They are very easy to approach. There are 3 internals and 1 final exam in each year. In internals atleast try to pass. We never used to study for internals well but in finals we worked and studied really hard to get good results. BDS is not so hard u just need to work in department when u r posted in and then u have to study little or atleast attempt to understand the classes lectures sincerely thats enough to understand things. In our batch very few students got back or failed. 3-4 students thats it. If you get back in 1-2 subjects in final exam u may proceed with the next regular batch but u have to give exam of those subjects later after 6 months to get cleared.

The faculty members are good. There is good amount of staff and they are well experienced trained and very knowledgeable. They are helpful but we also need to put efforts from our side. They guide us well and help us become better constantly

In my colleges every faculty are best bestest ever because they will take proper test internals vivas and they care about patients and they love the patient their talking or conversations medium is alao good and very nice and very good in my college.

Some lecturers make the experience worth it, while some just make it to class for their salary. It's like a normal college in this aspect. Some lecturers try to do their best, but fact is not all people with a dental qualification in their pocket has it in them to teach. So I'll call it average.
