Athena School of Management Mumbai Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Placements are limited to meritorious students. Other students have to look for a job on their own. Dedicated training for the placement process is provided by the college but still, there is a lot of scope of improvement. Tata, Bajaj, Vodafone, ICICI, were the companies that visited the campus for the placement purpose.

Placements are good. Median packages were around 6 LPA. I secured second place in my specialization and a good job in a textile firm. We were also assisted with preparations for the interview and Group Discussion rounds. Mock sessions were held, which were very much useful. Industry exposure is great here.

There is an international as well as national internship organized by the college as their motive is to make the students well aware of the professional arena in the management field. And placement camp is organized on the premise for the final year students.

Here we were given the opportunity to focus on our potential and to encourage this the campus promotes as well as helps the students to work as an intern in good company. Moreover, the college also provides international as well as a national internship to the students.

Placement management committee makes sure that you get proper training and development programmes before a company comes to college to make an offer, in this way the students get a demo session on how to interact with the company and what are the strengths and weaknesses of an individual.

I'm in the second year right now and I'm seeing so many companies showing interest in our college, offering good packages to freshers and helping them boost their career at the very begining.

College attracted a lot of small scale and medium scale industries to offer internship opportunities to all the students and the best part was the students were asked to select the field themselves. They offered up to Rs.7000 per month as stipend.

80% of our batch were placed. Companies like Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, Housing.com gave good offers to few students. Average salary offered was Rs.22000/- per month.

Internship is compulsory for all the students after the end of 2nd semester. You can either opt for the options given by college or get a recommendation letter and apply in the company of your own choice.

The placement committee knows how to attract the best companies for their students. There are usually 2 group discussion round and 2 interview rounds. And based on the students performance, offers are made.
