UPES School of Business Faculty

The college maintains a faculty-to-student ratio of approximately 1:30 to 1:38, although some students reported a less favorable ratio of 1:100. Faculty members are experienced and approachable, with many holding PhDs. The evaluation system consists of 50% internal assessment, 30% from end-semester exams, and 20% from mid-semester exams. Attendance of 75% is mandatory.

Failure in exams requires a supplementary exam fee of INR 1000 per subject. The faculty provides practical as well as theoretical knowledge through case studies and industrial visits, and they are supportive in matters related to academics, live projects, and internships. Despite some criticisms, the faculty's overall friendliness and approachability are appreciated by students.
