Many students got placements from their internship companies also. If they perform well and giving revenue to the company they got offer from the company. The best part was that there were more than 75% of the students who converted their internship programme into a full time job offer with good package. We got a lot of help from our placement committee for this to happen, since they taught us well during our training sessions.

For the Placement Cell of this college, during our final year, all of us were guided by the placement cell head and by gaining proper training and recruitment related activities we all were given an opportunity to enhance our professional domain. Thus, during the campus placement drives companies like TATA consultancy, IBIBO was invited to hire us.

Right after the completion of my 3rd semester, all of us were given the opportunity to present our CV in front of some of the leading companies like HCL, HP as well as OYO. During my final semester, approximately 50 percent of my classmates which includes me also were placed through the campus placement.

For different profile companies are coming like Marketing, Human resources, Operations, IT, Finance. Internship stipend range is from 5k to 15k and sometimes depends on the student’s performance. Students are asked to design a presentation as well as prepare a project on their internship programme. Duration of the internship should be 2 months at least and 3 months maximum.

Placement cell is very active, from past years placements are improving they are putting lot of efforts to make clients and call the companies for placement. Average package is 2 to 3 lakhs per annum and more than 80% of the students get placements every year. Many good and reputed companies are coming for placement.

Placement activities are regular and summer internship opportunity also provided. Highest pay package for a student has been 4 to 5 lacs per year. More than 85% students are placed every year in various companies. Companies like P&G, Johnson & Johnson and many more come for placement activity every year. Proper training sessions are given to all the students before the placement season begins.

Internship opportunity is also very good, students learn and earn as the companies provides stipend which is fixed as well as variable and also provide pre-placement offer to the students. Training and placement cell are doing so much for the students so they can build their career and they try to make clients for the future prospects.

The MUIMRC has good placement records, Marketing students have lot of advantage as they can so many opportunity to build their carrer through this college. Companies like P&G, Johnson & Johnson, ITC and many more came for the final year placement opportunities. Average package offered to the students by few good companies are Rs.490,000 per annum, which is pretty good.

Placement committee gives training of 3 days to all the students of the college so that they can understand the interview trend and can learn where not to make the mistakes. This training helps the students a lot and they are able to get good packages offer along with the better work opportunities with the best companies.

Marketing interns usually get higher package because some are based on target and on achieving the target they got incentives and they can earn as many money they want to earn according to their performance. That's why majority of the students opt for marketing internship regardless of the field they are going to select in the 2nd year.
