Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management Mumbai Course Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

ILAM provides undergraduate (BBA) courses in three specializations. Candidates with a maths background are preferred for these courses.

Admission to the BBA programs depends on an applicant’s performance in the 12^th standard from a state or national higher secondary board, written test score, group discussions and personal interview. All applications are reviewed on an individual basis. Students can obtain the application forms from any of the ILAM centres.

Key Points for BBA Admission:

• Age limit for BBA and MBA programs is between 17-28 years.

The college offers Postgraduate courses in three fields. All the fully residential programs are of two-year duration.

Candidates who have completed their graduation course in disciplines such as Economics, Statistics, Pure Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Maths), Mathematics and Engineering are preferred. Maths as a subject is compulsory for admission these courses.

Applicants can appear for entrance tests conducted by the institution or produce CAT, MAT, XAT or GMAT score sheets.

Entrance tests check student merit in areas such as quantitative ability, logical reasoning, general English, communication, general knowledge, attitude as well as aptitude. Test score evaluation is followed by group discussions and interview. All these parameters are taken into account while reviewing applications.

Key Points for MBA Admission:

• Students undergo internship of three- four months during the 3^rd semester.
• A Student Support Centre and Career Centre have been formed to assist all students of postgraduate courses offered by the institute.

The Diploma courses offered by ILAM are of six-month duration. Candidates who have successfully completed their 12^th standard from a state or national level higher secondary education board in India are eligible to apply for the course.

Candidates need to appear for a personal interview after submitting the application form with the necessary documents.

The application form is sent to the candidate’s email address after paying the application fee of INR 1000 either by demand draft or directly obtaining it from any ILAM campus.

Students need to clear the interview or appear for the ILAM entrance test to qualify for admission.

The PG Diploma courses offered by ILAM are part time, 10-month duration courses with classes being conducted on Saturdays every week. Candidates who have successfully completed graduation in any stream, or existing aviation and logistics and supply chain professionals can benefit from these programs.

Candidates applying for this course should have cleared their Graduation exams. Applicants need to submit the application form with photocopies of 10^th, 12^th and graduation mark sheets and certificates. Candidates need to go through a personal interview and/or a written test conducted by ILAM to gain admission.

The college also offers Online certificate courses in three specializations and Online PG Courses in four specializations.

Candidates need to be a minimum 18 years of age and should have completed high school or its equivalent to apply for the Online Certificate.

Candidates also need to have basic knowledge in Computer Operations before applying for this program. Applicants to the Executive PG Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management must complete graduation in any stream.

Students can fill up application forms online or download them from the college website after paying an amount of INR 550 through DD. Application forms must be sent with necessary documents and each application is evaluated for eligibility and merit.

Key Points for Online Certificate and PG Courses Admission;

• Case studies, assignments and written tests form a part of the evaluation process.
• PG Diploma courses are of six-month duration, while the EPG course is of ten-month duration.
• The certificate course is conducted for a total of 60 hours, i.e. three-month.

ILAM offers Ph.D. programs in logistics and aviation management which are of three-year duration. Students must compulsorily attend one semester on research methodology conducted at the ILAM campuses. Applicants must be postgraduates in any subject with a minimum of 55% marks to qualify for admission.

Candidates need to submit application forms duly filled with necessary documents. The forms can be obtained through post, downloaded from the institute’s website or taken from any of the ILAM campuses. Candidates may need to appear for personal interview. All applications are reviewed on an individual basis for suitability.

• The postgraduate programs provide an opportunity for students to teach and also take up senior positions in the aviation and logistics industries.
• The three-year duration of the program can be extended on request with payment of additional fee.
