Very good college but now teachers are not experienced

Likes

Infrastructure is good labs are good. Class rooms are spacious
There are crocket ground volleyball court badminton court.
They are organizing anual function and anual sports.

Dislikes

Teachers are not highly qualified they are not experienced
There are many vacations course is not finished
The campus is too small there is no campus life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. There are subjects like pharmacology pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutics, Human antomy etc. This is a balanced course. I prepared for Neet and not qualified so i choose this college

The best pharmacy college in odisha

Likes

The teachers are always helpful and cooperative
The research labs are well equipped with advance instruments
The college events and annual sports very playful & enjoyable

Dislikes

The boys hostel not more comfortable to stay
The hostel food is not so much good to eat
There is also not too big ground for cricket

Placement Experience:

From third semester you are eligible for internship in the companies .there are a lot of companies visited last year like cipla, mankind etc the last year the highest package is made is 5 LPA and the average package is 3 LPA .there are average 95% students are get placed

Our college and Hostel facilities

Placement Experience:

Almost 95% students get placement in this college at pharma companies at places like Delhi Mumbai at minimum salary of 15000rs to 20000rs. But the minimum percentage should be 80 to 90% to get the placement. I plan to do MPHARM after the BPHARM course.

A good institute for pharmacy education

Likes

Environment is calm and good. Campus is friendly and ragging free.
Well qualified faculty members and all the study materials and notes provided
No issue of ragging as seniors and juniors are just like friends.

Dislikes

Transportation arrangements and the location of the college
Hostel fooding is not upto mark as compare to the amount we pay.
Infrastructure of the college hostels and the rooms

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Various companies are bought together and student are happy for admission. Camous drive is also there Highest placement -5.5 lakhs above Lowest placement- 1.8 lakhs per annum Moreover this place is good for quality education.

Labs are good. All chemicals used in industry are used.
Teachers are good. They are highly experienced.

Placements are very poor only 2-3 companies visit our campus.
The college is very far from the market.
College classrooms are very congested it very warm in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I prepared for NEET entrance and I couldn't clear the entrance. So I choose the pharmacy as a career. There are 8 semesters in 4 year and each semester have different subjects. Semester syallabus are very vast and difficult. It makes us ready for industry. There are two semesters in a year conducted by the university BPUT.

The college infrastructure is good. Classes and labs are good.
Library is good all types of pharmacy books and magazines available

The student run social groups are very small organization no funding from college.
Course is very vast and difficult. Four year course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted a medical profession so i choose to B. Pharm. The course is very vast and difficult you have to read chemistry pharmaceutics pharmacology pharmacognosy etc. There are 200+ practicals in 4 year which makes us ready for industry. I think teachers give more important to theory classes rather than practical classes it should be change.
