Puttur is an autonomous college established in 2001, affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and approved by UGC, AICTE, and NBA. The college offers UG, PG and diploma courses in the discipline of Technology and Management. Most popular courses of the SIETK are a 3 year B. Tech in 9 specializations, a 2 year M. Tech in 5 specializations and an MBA across 4 specializations. Apart from that, the institute also offers an MCA degree program and Polytechnic courses in 5 specializations. To take admission in the B.Tech course, candidates need to obtain a valid score in EAMCET whereas candidates seeking enrollment in the M.Tech course need to appear for GATE. For admission in MBA and MCA programs, candidates need to appear in the ICET. The faculty at SIETK, Puttur has highly experienced and well qualified. They provide proper guidance to the students through their experience. The faculty members are helpful, supportive and have proper understanding in their area of expertise.

Every year conduct a college placement. All students are selected for this placement. So many companies come and select some students. Highly qualified companies come. Every company give a minimum of 350000 packages.

I have opted for CSE but in the second place, I have got ECE. There are many faculty. some of them have abundant subject knowledge but some of them are not. But overall there are no issues with the faculty they are good. Some of the faculties studied Masters and some completed Btech and came to teach us. Term exams were conducted in 2 months gap after the syllabus begin. And term exams were not too tough and not too easy. if I study I will get good marks if not I will be failed

I planned for my future after BTech to do a job and lead a happy life. And after I planned for higher studies. That try to put lot of efforts to succeed the life after BTech. In IT companies there is lot of work to do.

Coming to placements Students who have completed their 6 semesters will be eligible for campus placements. The highest package is 7 lakh per annum and the minimum salary is3.5 LPA.I think now approx 70% of students are placed. Finally, I will do a job after completing my degree

At 3-2 and upto 4-2 we can eligible with good knowledge. Wipro, virtusa, they visited above 4 lakhs, nearly 80 % people get placed. My plan after the degree is to graduate more. So I will take higher studies abroad to develop my skills.

Today and I have a great day of school and I have been able to get a great day of school and I have a great day of school and many of our seniors got jobs in many tech gaints Which they have package of 4.5 to 40 lakhs package Real time we got an offer from Bluetooth of 49 lakhs package which was first ever in our college history

Students from the 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. Companies visited are Google, Amazon, Bosch, Amazon, Infosys, Dell, Hp, Wipro, OnePlus, etc.I got 2 offers from Bosch and Wipro. The highest package offered is 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is 4 lakhs per annum.30% of students are selected for campus placements. My plans after getting my degree is to do the job and get settled in life

From 3-2, the students become eligible for the campus placements. In 2022 nearly 400 students got placed and still many are getting in companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Mphasis etc. The average package of this year is 4LPA and the highest is 40LPA at Bluetooth. 85 out of 100 percent of students are getting placed.

Many of the students are getting placed in various companies. Many of the students getting the package of 3LPA to 5LPA. Many companies like Cognizant, IBM, TCL, Microsoft, etc are visiting the campus for providing placements. Some of the students are opting for higher studies in their department.
