Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized institution (for Post MBBS DNB seats).
- Candidates with DCH (Diploma in Child Health) from NBEMS or a recognized university are eligible for Post Diploma DNB seats.
- Completion of a one-year compulsory rotatory internship before the NEET-PG cutoff date (September 30, 2026 for the 2026 session) is mandatory.
- Must have qualified NEET-PG 2026 conducted by NBEMS and possess a valid registration from NMC or State Medical Council.
Admission Process
- Appear and qualify NEET-PG 2026 conducted by NBEMS.
- Register on the MCC portal (mcc.nic.in) for DNB counselling.
- Fill in college and course preferences, selecting BPS GMC and DNB Paediatric.
- Seat allotment is done by MCC based on NEET-PG rank and preferences (Post MBBS and Post Diploma seats are allotted separately).
- Report to BPS GMC with original documents (MBBS/DCH degree, internship certificate, NEET-PG scorecard, NMC/State Medical Council registration, identity proof) within the stipulated deadline.
