Faculties are top notch as they are all doctors from elite institutes! In every year there are atleast 4 exams conducted 3-4 months apart!! Practicals are also being conducted which carry 100 marks and theory exams also carry 100 marks

Faculty to student ratio is very good compared to many other colleges of chhattisgarh , the exams are taken frequently after completion of part of a syllabus which are named as part completion test Its level is moderate to difficult as mbbs itself is a prestigious course

Faculties are well educated here, Like the associate professors , head of department professor are post graduation on their educated and assistant professors are at least graduation , In every department their are atleast 5 to 6 faculty including HODs ,Associate, Assistant professors and demontrators per 125 students wich not excellent but enough, i dont feel any problem regarding teaching staff numbers . Faculties are very friendly and polite to students every student can approach any faculty when he or she needs them like in doubt regarding subject or can share personal problem regarding studies or other reasonable problems faculties try their best to resolve it . We can intract with teachers easily in class hours and can have a talk on call after class hour or hostlers can visit to teacher quarter if needed

All the professors are MD doctors themselves and well qualified. They are helpful enough if approached with respect. Giving and taking of respect is important in the medical field which is very necessary to follow.

All the departments have well-qualified and experienced professors who are teach at the best levels and encourage students to self-observe. The faculty of the college is trained and always available for any help and doubts.
