For the internships faculties will help and also you will receive a lot of opportunities by just communicating with other students. Lots of opportunities will come just grab them. Let it be modeling, sports, filmmaking anything.

They're always so many internship opportunities always make a portfolio and it will lead you to get internship easily, you can work outside college as well as an intern for other companies they pay you has well and it's actually easier to find job even when your in college . They're n number of people doing internship right now while studying sem 1, 2,3,4,5,6 and the actual internship that is important to do is in the 8sem that college has.

There's not much opportunities in any other field but fashion communication is the one here which has many many opportunities in our college as it is it sector... And starting stipend will be 5000 only

The students are required to do an internship after the 6th semester. They have a choice of opting for cooperated/design houses or craft-based internships as per their liking and interest. Cooperate companies like ABFRL, Reliance, Arvind, etc offer student internships to the students. The motto of these internships is for the students to understand the workings of the industry before their actual placements.

I don't know much about college placement but for fashion technology average is around 4-5 lakh but if you get a pre-placement offer from an internship company your salary will vary according to that company. Around 90% of students are placed either from college or PPO. They also offer guidance regarding after graduation. They also have a master's program in case you want to pursue that.

I am only in the foundation year so I don't have a lot of idea or information on the companies that come for the placements. I got some information from my seniors and they told you need to build a good portfolio and you can ask your faculty members to forward your portfolio to companies to bag good jobs.

There are a few companies that offer internships to NIFT students. The role offered are generally of a beginner level. Generally, a team is selected for a particular internship and the team is Supposed to work together to complete the tasks assigned to them.

Two mandatory internships are there, textile and apparel internship. Textile Internship at the end of the 4th semester and apparel internship at the end of the 6th semester. Apart from these two mandatory internships, one can do as many internships according to their convenience.

After passing seventh semester you are eligible for taking admission in this college. For campus placement your SGPA should be good and your attendance should be high . 70 Percent students get campus placement . I haven't planned yet .
