RKMGEC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 6th semester students will participate for placements.Many companies visited this college like wipro,prasari ,sakambari etc.The average package of this college is 3.5 lakhs per Annum.Almost 70 percent students placed in many companies.

From 7th semester students are become eligible for campus placement. In my department highest package was 10 lpa and the average package is 2 lpa. In our department all students are get placement but low salary job. So there is no point for this type job. After completing my btech degree I am studying mtech.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

The curriculum of the syllabus is good all subjects are complete when the final exam comes all syllabus will be covered and also revised the syllabus as well as. also attended some mock tests to check whether students were prepared for the exam.

Third-year students are eligible for internships. From fourth year Students are eligible for campus placement. Many Core and IT companies calm pillar college and they recruit many students from our college.

Our course is there very important subjects, these are the Design of steel structures, water Resources, & also having very important subject is construction engineering. There are some basic & important subjects for design purposes such as the Strength of materials, Engineering mechanics, etc.

There is important subjects Basic Thermodynamic & Applied thermodynamic &Fluid mechanics & Turbomachinary ,there is also strength of materials, engineering mechanics, Theory of machines, vibration, Machines design,Manufacturing processes all are very good in sequence manner

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There many service based companies visited like TCS ,Cognizant, wipro, Infosys. Almost 60-70% student placed in on campus. Highest package offered by TCS 9-10lpa and Cognizant 6-7lpa wipro 6-7lpa infosys 10lpa etc. 60-70% student getting placement I will go for placement

Placement quality of this college students are good. The students of this Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College, Purulia got good job with good LPA. Now, CSE,ECE, ME, EE, CE students are placed with good job.

Our College is in under the MAKAUT university and the course curriculum of makaut university is almost good , one thing of the curriculum should be improved that is in first year curriculum one of two technical subject should include
