College students college canteen is also good
Sports areaa is very huge & they have two turfs

Placement Experience:

Idk but i guess students become eligible from 2nd or 3rd sem. Idk what is the company visited but the placements are very good i heard that, avg package varies 2.4 lpa I guess. Right now i am doing internship so as of now i don't have plans.

Likes

The faculty is nice along with the teaching staff.
Recently our college has made a very large library as well as a dedicated canteen for us.
Two seperate turfs as well as a half court basketball ground has also been made

Dislikes

The road which leads to the college is full of potholes so it's a bit problematic while commuting.
The excessive amount of vacations the provide sometimes.
The fact that we can only loan 2 books at a time from the library.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm enrolled in the bcom honours curriculum and this is on of the best course which is offered by my college. Majority of the teaching staff consists of the bcom teachers, who specialise in this course this encouraging me to take on this course specifically.

College environment is very nice. A lot greenery

This curriculum helps to know more deeply about the relation among food and body. Helps to understand the chemistry . It connects with our day today life. Exams are also very attached with our syllabus and the method of teaching is nice

Campus is too good with a beautiful garden
Canteen is so neat and clean . It is very hygienic.
Turf is awesome. There are 2 turfs whuch is outstanding.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen Bcom because I pursued Commerce after class 10. Bcom is one of the best UG course after 12 . After pursuing Bcom I will prepare for CAT and will pursue MBA. The time gap which a students gets to prepare for semester examination is manageable.

THK JAIN - A College for Commerce Students

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is awesome and the area of the college is vast.
I like the most that how they promote sports in college by organising exciting events.
The companies that come to college for providing placements.

Dislikes

The teachers are very rude and over concerned.
The fees is really high to pay for a B.Com degree
The college canteen is not so good or attractive to hangout there.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is good. Many big companies come to hire freshers. Companies like , TCS, Infosys and many others come to our college to hire the deserved ones. And those who did not get hired have many opportunities in future.

Enviornment of college was very good and the professors are well educated and have good ability to explain any topic, they were very supportive, They also try to clear all the doubt of every students.

Dislikes

infastructure was not accqurate and improper managment .

Tara Devi jain college is one of the best college in kolkata year 2015 and also pass out students are getting good oppoturnity in there life. That's why i influenced to join this college and get best oppoturnity in life.

Greenary in our college also the environment
Atmosphereric nature where we can see many small animals
Cleanliness and student friendly environment

Dislikes

Canteen price is high.. I think this is my review
Other than that everything is good and fine
There are Not so much things that I dislike

Placement Experience:

The overall placements in our college in good and fine so on.. our college has also got A+ in NAAC also I have heard they provide internships from 2nd semester I'm not sure but let's see what's happens..

The THK Jain college for students

Likes

The campus is filled with greenery which is very hard to find these days it feels realy refreshing
The faculty is very helpful specially our HOD always help us with every work
The facilities in the campus are really nice we have a common room for recreational activities

Dislikes

Inspite of the very nice campus , the distance is the only deal breaker

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am pursuing a degree in Journalism and the main thing that influenced me was that we have a broadcasting studio which help us get more used to of the media industry. The exam timings are a bit off as we don't get ample time to prepare some times but it is fixed because the question paper is fully logic and understanding based if you have attended the lectures properly then you can Crack the exams successfully without much pressure

The faculty is very nice , providing the best educational inputs helping us build a good career
Very nice campus and it is also a green campus that means smoking is not allowed which is a very good thing
The amount of subjects to choose from is vast everyone can choose the subject they like

Dislikes

The campus is really nice but the locality where it is situated is not that good because of the pollution

Our colled is NAAC ACCREDITED which the first driving force for me secondly the things which a journalism student should really require are present we do workshops with existing news channels and also do grop projects on broadcasting a news which is really nice
